Post-TAM Tour?

Hey, I will have you folks know that My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic has a strong following among males 18 to 35 years old, most of them heterosexual. It was created by many of the same people who did The Powerpuff Girls and Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, etc.

And, Twilight Sparkle happens to be the most scientific* of the ponies. She even comes equipped with a semi-snarky attitude. (* By "scientific", I mean she is at least somewhat methodological about her practice in magic.)

I do not think we will be riding any ponies at Red Rocks, but hypothetically, if we did, she might be a good candidate to bring along. But, I have no desire to comb her hair or anything, because that would be gay.

The pony stuff is relevent because of the purely hypothetical thought exercise of of riding ponies in Red Rocks. I don't think we would actually do it. But, we can at least dream about what it would be like, if we wanted to. Not that I have such dreams, myself. But, I leave the idea open for other people to ponder.

I, for one, would rather ride a dragon. But, we'll save the dragon-riding stuff for another thread. No sense clogging this one up with that stuff.

It never occurred to me to look until this thread, but there is a *lot* of erotic fanfic around Twilight Sparkle out there.

I don't even watch the show, myself. I just heard some guy talking about it at BarCamp NYC 6, some weeks back.

What is it?

So was a location and time decided upon, or are we just going to get in a car and drive aimlessly until Kitten pipes up and says "O hai! Ther R sum geologies!"?

Ah, yes, it would be a good idea to post this reminder, every now and then:

The Red Rocks Tour is currently scheduled to leave at 1 PM, on Sunday, July 17th.

But, you are free to wonder around aimlessly, instead, if that is what you prefer. But, I wouldn't recommend it... at least not anymore.
