Poker Tournament at TAM4???

Are there any other poker fans who would be interested in trying to set up a 'World Skeptic's Series of Poker' small No-Limit Hold'Em tournament event? Say a $25 buy in out of which $10 is a donation to a JREF charity? (Or to the JREF itself!) Pretty confident if we got enough for at least 2 tables the Stardust poker room would provide us dealers. Maybe we could get Penn Gillette to play!

I mean, when in Vegas...

I did try. Unfortunately for some unfathomable reason my application to have Christmas moved to some more reasonable date has been rejected out of hand by these fascist politicians we have here.

My last such attempt to move Christmas was successful. :)

In all seriousness - in order to get Christmas off, I have to work in January. That's the connection.

(And no, I suppose that doesn't technically exclude Kiles. She's shown no desire to go without me at the present time, but feel free to convince her otherwise).

Skipping Xmas would probably involve me getting killed a little bit. And it takes me 3 whole days to fix myself up after that. :)
