Evidence that she helped brake the law, let alone used federal tax dollars to do it?
The part of the video where she writes down the name of someone that can help them without asking questions as to age, etc.
Her salary...I'm assuming...

As it is, these shame film makers had to invent a controversy, as was done with ACORN.

Must be nice to live in a black and white world where one is so certain of their moral authority they can just know what decisions everyone should make. There was no immediate medical emergency that warranted the employee helping the "pimp and his prostitutes" in that instant.
D was the correct response. C would be ok if it was an emergency and the "prostitute" was dying.
She can think whatever she wants...but when she uses federal tax dollars to help someone break the law, that crosses the line. PP agreed and they fired her.
It doesn't bother me. I don't think it's immoral when between two consenting Adults...in fact, I think it shouldn't be illegal at all.
So, no evidence then.
"Must be nice to live in a black and white world where one is so certain of their moral authority they can just know what decisions everyone should make.
BTW, without a medical exam, how do you know what medical care would be urgent? And without any medical education or experience whatsoever, how do you know what treatment is emergent, urgent or non-urgent?
Writing names down on paper? That's the best you can do?
you didn't watch the video...did you?
just admit it
Upchurch: "Please provide evidence to back up your claims"
Me: "here's the evidence <evidence is provided>"
Upchurch: "So, no evidence then"
Me: "???"
He's saying what you supplied as evidence was not actually evidence of the claim. Hope that clears it up.
Which one? The original, or the doctored footage?
Just kidding. I saw both, in order to verify that the doctored video was, in fact, deceptively altered.
How about this? Just point out to me the portion of the footage in which we can see someone attempting to help another commit a crime.
No, he's saying he doesn't like my evidence...but that doesn't change the fact that it's evidence.
Hope that clears it up.
No, that's clearly not what he is saying. I'm sorry that it might confuse you that I didn't qualify the statement with, 'he doesn't believe what you posted constitutes' evidence.
Just like you didn't qualify your statement with, 'I believe it is evidence'. Actually, you called it a fact. So...
He doesn't believe it's evidence.
I believe it's evidence.
we have differing opinions.
awesome!
what seems to confuse you is that fact that there are people who have differing opinions than your own.
sorry, tyr_13, but you're going to have to come to grips with this concept...there are people who don't share your beliefs and opinions.
get used to it.
Try reading what I actually said. Here's a hint, it's exactly what you said.
lol...not quite.
It's like someone asking why you did something, "What's your excuse?"
An excuse is provided.
"That's no excuse!"
Sure it is...you just didn't like it!
'Not liking' it isn't likely to be the reason he doesn't consider it evidence. Do you consider it evidence because you 'like it'? Probably not. You found it convincing, someone else did not. That's a difference of opinion until one side can show the other is wrong.
Really??
Planned Parenthood statement: "the employee in the video behaved in a repugnant manner that is inconsistent with our standards of care and is completely unacceptable."
You should quit arguing with me and go argue with PP...
It's amusing to me...you people are literally arguing that when a person approaches you and asks you to help them cover up their crime, you should just go along with it! *facepalm*
When someone asks you to help them cover up a crime, do you:
A) help them
B) don't help them
C) help them, but call the police
D) don't help them and call the police
I pick D
there was nobody there claiming they needed a life-saving abortion...there was no urgency to provide the "underage prostitute" with immediate care.
It's not the abortion assistance I have an issue with...again, I'm pro-choice...it's the employee willingly, and to me nonchalantly, trying to help someone cover up a crime which she believed true.
SkepticGinger, I don't need a medical education to know you don't willingly offer to help someone break the law.
1) the video has credence because (a) PP admitted wrongdoing and fired the employee and (b) PP said they would change their training procedures
2) it's desirable for some to not have their tax $ fund abortions. I also understand it's desirable for some to not have their tax $ fund wars too...so they try to defund the military. that's how the game is played.
Me personally? Even though I am pro-choice, yes, I don't think my tax money should be used to fund abortions and in fact, by law, PP isn't allowed to do that.
Yes, I realize PP does more than just provide abortions.
because the "teenage prostitutes" they were discussing were not there...thus there wasn't an urgent medical need for an abortion.
Perhaps you think teenage prostitution is right and shouldn't be illegal and so you believe that helping a pimp and his teenage prostitutes is ok? If so, just say so.
Don't feel like reading through all this BS, but why is this thread with obvious lies still alive?
Is there a Glenn Beck shill posting here?

Does anyone with a couple of brain cells still believe this?
