Pilot claims Boeing jets have remote-controlled self-destruct

THAT was a disgusting piece of filth. That guy is a special kind of stupid.

If it's the same guy we met in Mpls, and I think it is, he also brought up to me the lack of the hijackers on the manifests. When I told him where to find them he demanded copies, and I told him where to get them again, since we were on the street and I didn't have any on me. Then he offered me, and I think you, $1000 for evidence of wreckage on the lawn of the Pentagon. Only later did I discover that I actually had one on me in the PM book. He's dishonest and really doesn't like to be told he's wrong in front of other "twoofers."

I can understand some young naive kid who might not be the brightest buying into this garbage. However guys like the captain should know better. The only way I can explain it is that he's unwell upstairs. I have to wonder how much money he's spending on this.

I heard an interview with him a couple months ago; he is indeed non compos.

The pilot is definitely showing signs of early-onset NWOchemtrailidis.

I would guess it's from being exposed to all those mind/population control chemical thingies that they spray from commercial airliners.

Yeah, he seemed completely baffled by the fact that there were actually pictures of plane parts, DNA evidence, body parts, witnesses, etc- he was boasting that reward as if it were impossible to satisfy.

Some people- I think- don't even bother to look at any of the information, they just make their claims and live in their own little world. It's scary.

I served as a Fire Protection Specialist in the Air Force from 1966-70. One of the ways to open a cockpit and the hatches of some aircraft was to open a door about four inches wide and pull out a long cord , extend it about five feet and give it a hard yank to see off an explosive squib to unlatch a door or blow off the canopy. I remember riding on a commercial aircraft (I forget the make or model) and seeing a small hatch marked "Emergency Door Release" with instructions to pull out a cord and yank it. I assumed it worked on an explosive squib as well. I didn't ask any further questions, as I have this fear of flying to begin with and didn't want to think too much about the mechanics of the situation. Just about the time I got my out-processing package, we also recieved word that there would be F-111s coming in for some training, and we were advised that the emergency canopy release would shoot out explosive bolts that were dangerous within fifteen feet. I felt rather more glad to be leaving at that point.

The external stores on many aircraft at the time were secured with latches that were activated by explosive squibs.

There is nothing new or arcane in explosive devices on aircraft.

The mention of "small-diameter bombs is puzzling and sees to be taken out of any real context. It is not clear whether this is even part of any passenger aircraft program or one of many unrelated military contracts.

"Gyrochips" sounds like just another navigational aid, as useful in an airliner as in a missile.

Twoofers can make a dot-to-dot book of cat pictures all look like fishes.

All commerical airliners have squibs. They are used to release fire fighting agents into engine/APU compartments and cargo compartments. When the fire handle is pulled and turned a small squib is set off rupturing a small disk on the fire bootle. This releases the fire fighting agent. As for doors some airliners have the sort of system that uses squibs, some do not. Aircraft like the 737 and MD-80 are opened manually in an emergency. The 777 on the other hand has a small nitrogen bottle in each door. When the door is armed and then opened a small electrical charge from a battery pack sets off a squib. This releases nitrogen into an actuator which then opens the door. Nothing sinister like the Captain Sherlock makes it out to be.

The gyro chip he's talking about is this.

We should all feel safer knowing that the pilot in the OP is refusing to fly. I hope he continues his protest indefinitely.
