One key difference is that Petraeus pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor to avoid prosecution for a felony, while the FBI Director determined -- twice -- that there is no basis to prosecute Clinton for anything.

OTOH Hillary was careless with an email server, but as yet there's no proof that classified information was compromised.
