Intelligence on this matter originated under Bush.

Both men deserve much credit.

If you can't resist the urge to comment on stupidity and arrogance, perhaps you should consider Karzai of Pakistan.

I've been thinking... instead of celebrating the death of an *******, we should be celebrating the lives of the people his idiotic machinations killed.

He's just another dead *******. His death doesn't bring back those he killed.

Interestingly, his whole cause is fruitless from the start: the small number of people who believe as he did, will never get what they want: a world as backward as it was in the twelfth century. That will never happen, they couldn't make it so if their ranks swelled tenfold because of the loss of their idiotic leader.

We were victorious before he killed his first innocent: we move forward with time, and he wanted to turn back the clock~ and it only goes in the one direction.

I'm sure 'pride' is not quite the correct word. 'Joy' or 'Jubilation' perhaps. After years of searching for this mass-murderer, I think it's perfectly understandable. I'd certainly not join in (not my thing to celebrate the death of anyone, however deserving), but I'd certainly not begrudge those crowds their wingding.

True. Also they had his body to bury or whatever. Many of the families of the victims of 911 had no body to bury.

Just as much of a stretch to give Obama any credit...he just happens to be the man in the White House when it happened.

...unless we're being lied to, and Obama actually is a Navy Seal and took part in the raid.

Twelfth? That was the golden age of Islamic scholarship, trade, and science -- by no means some sort of modern democracy, but better for most people than what Europe was at the time.

Try 7th century, that's more like it.
