I know truthers claim there is molten iron in the basements of the towers and I know what evidence they say they have for it. We are saying what truthers have presented is not at all convincing.

Witness evidence. Any theory that said it was aluminium, would also have to account for aluminium being there, and in all three basements.

Aluminum was the entire outer skin of the building. It was found in ABUNDANCE. plus, the airplane that plowed into the side.

There was no molten aluminium in any of the three basements. This is just something made up to try and stand in for the molten iron found in all three. In this particular Arabs alone fantasy, instead of the planes being blasted into small pieces on impact, they sort of stay as one body, melt, and drip down the stairs all the way to the basement of building seven.

Can you tell me how many common metals found in the towers would melt at under 1000C? (the temperatures of the fires in the towers).

There are 10 of them. All of those metals would melt and run in the temperatures.

Can you eliminate ANY of those metals from the molten metal claims? yes or no?

I will ignore the complete lack of hard evidence of any molten iron and grant you as fact that clean up crews did find molten iron or steel in the debris piles weeks after 9/11, when such things were reported.

So here's our assumption: several weeks after the WTC buildings collapsed, molten iron is discovered deep in the debris piles.

Questions for you:

What is the melting point of iron?

What is required to maintain localized high heat for several weeks?

What do you propose could have met these requirements at Ground Zero?
