It's Canada, it's physically impossible to keep anything more than 20 miles from a body of water.

edit: I see Horatius basically noticed the same thing. As for the issue with ThunderBay, it's only significant because that's where the processing facility is. I suppose they need to keep my student loans and tax information near water, because they happen to be processed in ThunderBay as well. (I'm sure the fact that it makes sense geographically to put it in the middle of the country has nothing to do with it )

Before modern forensics, video cameras and computers, convictions were very difficult. Law enforcement and the public must have grown very exasperated because the vast majority of murderers were never apprehended.

I don't think he's talking about the University of Connecticut at Stamford, or Oxnard University in California.

These weren't just typos either, as he has spelled "Stamford" the same way in at least three posts and mentioned "Oxford" in at least two.

Maybe he meant this:

Oxford University School is a private school founded in 1984 with an emphasis on academic excellence and small class size.

Located in Oxford Miss. which is also the home of 'Ole Miss" the University of Miss. but more likely he was just wrong.
