Seriously? The US has the defense spending of the next 17 countries and still thinks of Cuba as a realistic enemy? Perhaps if they stopped winding them up at every opportunity (legalese for piss-ing them off), then the Cubans wouldn't be so wound up.
Personally every Cuban that I ever met was almost painfully friendly, lovely folk, but really need to dial things back to normal levels of tourist interaction.
