I think it's possible that Mike thinks the Democrats should act like the Republicans are. The latter are led by one man, who they cannot question, and behind whom they must fall into lockstep, and so Mike seems to be saying that the Democrats should also display blind obedience to their Dear Leader.

I know it's probably wrong but because I dislike him, I didn't want to mention any of his better points when I mentioned he is a rapist.

There’s the guy with more than a few redeeming qualities, and then the “man” with none whatsoever. Who millions put back in charge.

Ok, granted, it was a girl related to Moscow Mitch, and the Turtle was standing right there at the time, and it was some sort of government-related gathering. But it must mean he is 100 times worse than the man who suggested you can grab women by the genitals if you're famous.

You can't, because I didn't say that. And I certainly didn't mean it. What I meant was, the Democrats were too ineffectual to prevent it. Which, given the enormity of what they failed to prevent, adds up to a lot more than "slightly" ineffectual in my book. "Colossally irrelevant" would be another way of putting it.

This claim has been belabored in the "what Democrats did wrong" thread. The consensus there seems to be that the Democrats were utterly powerless to change the outcome of the election. Now you're balking at me making the same characterization here?

And of course holding those who voted for Trump to account is right out, no it is clearly the democrats fault not those who supported Trump.
