It was a computer generated form, hence by definition an abstracted form, not a straight copy of the original.
 
Sorry, but the "Mar 15 2011" was quite obviously photoshopped. Hope you weren't looking to use that as evidence.
 
Her receipts for what? That form or something else? Sorry, there is a lack of chain of custody.

You can't fake something that doesn't exist. There is no receipt for that document (there is one claimed for another, non-certified copy for some other individual, but not for that certificate).

Wrong. She showed the receipt for that document. You are just making stuff, as usual, such as insisting Obama could not obtain and release his long-form birth certificate.

No, it's not. First of all, we don't know what she was requesting. She never says the word "long form". She does say that whatever she wants is not the same as a "Certificate of Live Birth", because she already has one of those. Now take a look at any Hawaii "long form", from the one President Obama released to the Miki Booth-provided one you posted a picture of just above.

See what it says at the top of all those "long form" copies, randman? The name of the "long form" document? "Certificate of Live Birth".

If she says she already has a Certificate of Live Birth, and wants something different, and the "long form" is a Certificate of Live Birth, why do you (and the blogger you linked to) think she's asking for a "long form" certificate? We certainly never get to see the form she ends up getting from her request, nor can we hear what the clerk is telling her.

Just to clarify something I posted earlier. I told how my old "long-form" birth certificate from New Mexico was not accepted by the state and I was required to get a new updated form. This happened in 2009, and I was pretty ticked-of because it was going to cost me $45 to get the new forms (quick turn-around, so added costs). I went back to see why the form was not acceptible to them and the explanation was that my copy did not have a raised seal.

Interestingly enough, the link to the new Birth certificate requirements for a passport specifically require a form which contains a raised seal. Does the long-form copy that Obama received from Hawaii have a raised seal? I can't find any information on that, but if it doesn't, it would not be valid as a birth certificate for a passport.

That would make this copy a worthless piece of paper and the form that he released back in 2009 the only official form.

The first version, released in 2007, had computer fonts not available on 1961 typewriters.
