Merged Obama Birth Certificate Released

I eagerly await the Birthers' tortured logic that will either claim it's a fake, or that something on it (like Sr. being "African") means he's not really a "natural-born" citizen like what it really means in the Constitution.
 
Well, it appears Obama chastised the mainstream media for not stomping on the nonsense sooner, such that he finally had to see if Hawaii was willing to release this document. Hopefully this will bring an end to the attention that Birthers are getting from some of the media; as the President said, we have more important things to do.

In general, American voters are morons; too stupid to wipe their own asses much less make informed political decisions. They don't care about issues, intelligence, or even sanity so long as the candidate tells them what they want to hear, attacks all the right pariah groups, and does it with a smile, charisma, and repertoire of folksy, homespun wisdom.

My take on the timing:

Trump had brought the issue to a media peak. The GOP began to back away from the issue as a talking point but stopped short of denouncing the conspiracy idiots. Time to give the hornets nest a good kick.

The birthers won't simply admit they were wrong. It will be the movie scene where the hidden villain, having been exposed, will let loose all his shocking vitriol and charge the hero in a blind rage, only to tumble into the abyss.
( sadly the villain is never really dead.)

It is quite sad that it has had to come to this.

It is also sad that the whole birther bull-***** will continue because the cognitive dissonance is just too great for their wee brains.
 
Well, he should have just done this is the first place, he did it for all the publicity. I now hope that every candidate must do the same.

Depending on the age of this radio guy I would assume either he or his father most certainly did call black people negros in the 60's. His great great grandfather probably did it in the 1860's and I am sure the shows host still does.
 
I will not be convinced until I see the records regarding his circumcision.


(AZ legislators actually included these documents in the list of credentials that could get you on the ballet here. Thankfully Brewer vetoed this bill)

Yeah, the attempts to "prove" that this certificate is forged are hysterical. One person claimed that the hospital where Obama was born was actually named "Kauikeolani Children’s Hospital", not "Kapiolani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital" at the time of his birth...I suppose that means the certificates of the Nordyke Twins are forged too, since they were born the day after Obama was, and their certificates say "Kapiolani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital" too, just like Obama's.

My favorite example, though, is from uber-birther Miki Booth, the woman who reported the shocking news that Hawaii stopped issuing long form certificates to people. She's apparently upset that the OB/GYN at Kapiolani who delivered her son was the exact same OB/GYN who delivered Obama: Dr. David A. Sinclair. She says that this means Obama's certificate is obviously a forgery, since Dr. Sinclair DIED IN 2003!!!

I'm still trying to wrap my head around what she might be thinking with that.
 
So, basically, the birther's new argument is that Obama waited years to release an obviously faked-up document and did nothing to try and hide how fake it is...in short, no one working for Obama bothered to read and scrutinize the information they were releaseing and make sure it was historically accurate...they just went ahead and released not just a fake, but a bad fake...even though they've all the power of evil on their side that could have been used to put together a much better fake.

The mind boggles.
