Yes they have to by law. You do not know much about the FOIA sytem do you?

Unless the document falls into a few small catagories they must provide the document or give reason they cannot if it falls into one of the catagories.

Too bad all government reports fall under that rule.

By the way, even the people who worked on the 9/11 commission have stated they did not have enough time or money to do a proper report.

Its too bad the official report is way less then 100% accurate, there are a lot of missing infomration.

I am just looking for the truth of what really happened that day.

She does not say anything to shred my story. I sent an internal FOIA request and and external FOIA request. I needed to make an external request to post online to show people i had made the request.

She simply stated that i did not need to make a internal FOIA request since i work for the DOD.

So the same people who would cover up a shoot down, who would cover up a controlled demolition of the towers, that would cover up all this, are simply going to let you have access to information, and more than that, declassify it for you, and allow you to blow the whole thing?

So I am confused then...Let me ask you a series of yes/no questions....

Do you believe:

1. That flight 77 with passengers on board, was crashed into the Pentagon?
2. That flights AA11 and UA175 with passengers on board, were hijacked and crashed into the towers?
3. That the hijackers were 19 Hijackers from Arab nations?

For starters.

The reason I ask, is that all of these things (above) have been confirmed by genuine FBI documents, available now at MikeW's site. I mean obviously you trust the documents, as you are asking for them via FOIA, so you must trust all of the other documents...right?

1. No, there are no actual photos or videos of flight 77 hitting the pentagon.
There are no reports that the bodies from flight 77 were in the Pentagon.
There are no official reports matching parts found to flight 77.

2. No, There is some specualtion as to how the hijackers took over the planes so fast.
There are no FDR information for these flights.
There are no official reports matching parts found to flights AA11 and UA175.

3. Actually there was more the 19, you are forgetting the other flights that had possible hijackers get off once the flights were turned around.

1. You are wrong. There are reports of DNA collected at the crash site that identify all of the passengers aboard flight77.

3. Do you have any OFFICIAL documents to prove your assertion in #3, given you consider official documents to be the Rosetta Stone for all this?

THEY DO SHOW ID BUT THEY DO NOT SHOW THE BODIES FROM THE PLANE WERE IN THE PENTAGON.

The DNA was taken from body parts and/or samples found within the pentagon crash site.

Are you insinuating that the FBI either (A) obtained the samples from elsewhere, and lied about them being retrieved from the Pentagon crash site, or (B) that someone planted samples from the passengers on the pentagon site, though they were killed elsewhere?

Please, entertain me with an answer.
