The FOIA request has been pulled and assigned to a handler.

The person responsible is not in today, so if I remember, I'll give her a call on Friday.

He's moved on to another forum. If you really want to take up this mantle, I'd be happy to discuss the details of whatever document happens to show up.

But believe me when I say I'm not anticipating anything voluminous or extensive.

OK, I'll have one of my lawyer buddies send a formal FOIA request asking for the exact same information that was requested in the original FOIA. I will figure out how to post the documents when they are received in a new thread. Probably be a couple of weeks.

Can someone tell me how to publish documents on a public server so I can link them?

You likely get some web space included in your ISP package, you could just upload them to there if they're not huge files, which I suspect they're not.

You can do it on the cheap by scanning them and then reducing them to the lowest resolution that the text is still legible at. Then set up a photobucket account and post them there. I have the feeling you will post the document long before Mr. ULTIMA1 ever does on whatever forum he's lurking in now.
 
It has now been 36 days since you received your letter stating the FOIA would be made available to you. Yes, it stated it would not be processed for 20 days....but its been almost twice that now.

Where the beef?
 
Would one actually have to go to the NSA to get this supposed document or will they send it to you?
 
Am I to understand this correctly? The charge is that the NWO government pers or whatever broke the law and set up all these diabolical schemes to create 9/11 and did so while lying and using deception. But they are going to hand over to Ultima, incriminating documents because while they can get aroudn all laws, they can't get around a FOIA?

Am I understanding this correctly?

That's what I'm understanding from ULTIMA's stance too. Apparently e-mailing companies, and FOIA requests will get you any information you want...

But as Gavron said, it's been almost double the time the reply letter stated and still nothing (granted ULTIMA's been suspended and thus can't post whatever he got here).

Maybe it's at the post office with postage due stamped on it. That's what happened when I sent to NBC for my KITT Kit when I was a kid. I knew what KITT stood for, but didn't know what SASE stood for

They advised me that they would copy the materials and mail them to Ultima. Last I checked his FOIA made it through the queue, and was assigned to a handler (she was off thursday).

I did not file a follow up FOIA. Why? I got tied up with work.

I see that Ultima is off suspension.

So if he does not publish what if anything he receives, I will send a follow up request. They will mail me what ever he receives and I will figure out how the hell to put it on the tubes.
 
Well ULTIMA, like 16.5 said above, I see you're off suspension.

It's been close to 40 days since that first reply letter was sent. Do you have anything meaningful to share?

You're taking a big jump there. Let the information be what it is and prove one way or another. Until you post copies of what you get back, your words mean nothing.

We were only reacting to your suspension. If you were not let back, then 16.5 would have gladly resubmitted for the exact same information and posted it. We're all curious to see what it was that you made so much fanfare for.
