When I did, they were very polite. They didn't say "that paper should not have been published" or "it was sneaked in". I wonder why? All you have to do is contact Benthams and ask them if the paper was correctly processed - that is all you have to do. The only reason I can imagine for your reluctance is that you are scared to have your precious belief shattered. To coin a phrase: Just do it!
