Walter Koenig, the original Pavel Chekov in Star Trek.
Well, only two main TOS actors left! Takei and Shatner. Both seem to be pretty hale and hearty and much involved with a lot of things. Koenig was looking quite frail these last few years even though I think he was the youngest of them all.
I'd argue that Bester was a better character than the original Chekov ever was. More rounded, more nuanced, better portrayed. Not to mention his awesome turn as Bester in Babylon Five, an anti hero with charm, menace and depth.
Damn, that sucks, he was not on my bingo card.Sir Patrick Stewart has died.

This makes me super sad. I was a stagehand at a theater where he played his one-man “Christmas Carol.” Decades later, that’s still the most rewarding experience I’ve ever had in live theatre.Sir Patrick Stewart has died.

Sometimes it is a mercifully brief journey, more often it is not. There are, depending on location/jurisdiction, certain decisions that can be made in advance that may reduce unnecessary drawing-out of the inevitable.Regarding Sir Patrick... it's reported to have been a brief struggle with Alzheimer's/dementia.
With no news of it
Unless he's really not been working on anything for a bit, that must have been very brief.
And what are the conditions that would make that rapidly terminal?![]()
Unfortunately I feel like I already witnessed it in the final Wolverine movie.Regarding Sir Patrick... it's reported to have been a brief struggle with Alzheimer's/dementia.

Assuming that you're referring to Logan, that would be him acting: the thing he was famously quite good at. Also nearly a decade ago. Also, for better or worse, not the final Wolverine film.Unfortunately I feel like I already witnessed it in the final Wolverine movie.
Spoken like a true pendantic Trekkie! But you forgot to use "Actually...".Assuming that you're referring to Logan, that would be him acting: the thing he was famously quite good at. Also nearly a decade ago. Also, for better or worse, not the final Wolverine film.
How dare you! I'll have you know that I am a Whovian through and through. I haveSpoken like a true pendantic Trekkie! But you forgot to use "Actually...".
And I can say in all honesty, I have never seen a full episode of Dr. Who.How dare you! I'll have you know that I am a Whovian through and through. I havenolittle time for these johnny-come-lately American space-cowboys.
The very idea!
