I don't know if the man's guilty, but his character, now broadcast for all to see, isn't fit for SCOTUS. Now imagine him drunk.
Are you sure he didn't take some "liquid courage" before what he must have known was going to be a very difficult testimony? He doesn't appear very drunk, but that may just be because he is used to binge drinking.

I chuckle when people say he does not have the judicial character to be a Judge. Have none of you been in a Federal District Court? Most Judge think they are right in line after God.

As they wrangled over an FBI investigation, and when Kavenaugh + GOP senators made the absurd claim that it adds no value, I wish one of the Dem senators would have made the point... When you're questioned by the FBI, you don't get to evade/filibuster while you run out a 5 minute clock.

Hell, given all the sniffing I wouldn't be surprised if he had a good dose of powdery courage.

...which isn't the kind of character we want in judges. That there are judges like that doesn't change this.

I would be entirely happy to prohibit anyone who ever went to a private prep school or an ivy league college from holding any government position whatsoever. Especially if they went to Yale.
Barack Obama: Harvard
Totally with you on that!

Nothing about these people is normal, and it ain't in a "better than us" sort of way.

Yale does seem to be the worst.
Bill Clinton: Yale
Hillary Clinton: Yale

Not to my knowledge. Mike Judge went in to hiding.

Swetnick did, though.

Sorry, was a legit question. I thought he did.

Apparently his attorney provided a letter saying he didn't recall, not an affidavit though.

IDK about the others, which is why I asked. I thought I heard it brought up yesterday that they did. Apparently not ?

(As if this particular issue is the biggest problem with this farce)

My cousin went to Yale, she is definitely not normal.

PJ, Leland and Judge all submitted statements to the Judiciary Committee.

They all contradict Ford, of course.
