I've been in three wars and a fair few military operations short of war. I assure you that fear creates anything but love. But please, don't let me intrude with reality to upset the perfect world you've created in your basement.

Don't be a child. Fear makes people eat the hearts of their enemies after they're dead. Fear makes you rape the widows and daughters you've captured to breed the threat out of existence. Fear makes you shoot the child in the face because you aren't sure if he's wearing a suicide vest or not and you're just too close to going home to find out through discovery learning. Tell me, where in life have you seen fear turn into love?

ETA: Please do tell, when have you encountered someone so consumed with fear that killing the "other" and raping them out of existence is preferable to confronting that fear? When did you find that fear convert to love?
