N Korean Leader executes uncle

Right, all posters are not Americans. Is the world interested in Jong's uncle? Why?

The world's not so much interested in Kim's uncle so much as Kim's country, North Korea, which may or may not have nuclear weapons. Kim's removal of his uncle, particularly the brutal and highly publicized way in which he did it, seems to be a demonstration that he, and he alone, is in command of the country meaning that he and, presumably, he alone has control of whatever nuclear capability the country has.

Now, you could then ask, why does anyone care that some over-privileged kid who likes to threaten and extort with nuclear weapons has access to nuclear weapons anyway?

But I would suggest that to ask the question is to answer it.
