13 out of just over 50 guesses got at least 1 digit correct.
Only 1 guess got 2 digits correct. That was Zooterkin with the number "32008."
I'm not a stats person, but these results seem to be in line with random chance. With over fifty guesses, I would expect it to be probable that 1 person would get 2 numbers right.
As such, unless I have misunderstood the math, I declare this test a SUCCESS! It has generated no evidence of correct psychic reading more significant than random chance.

The amazing thing is I was thinking at that moment about Seinfeld. And, as we all know, the character of Elaine was based on Carol Leifer. However, many people get comfused and think it's actually Elaine Boosler. And Boosler sounds like Booze.
So, I'm counting this as a 100% hit. Zooterkin and I are psychically linked. This may be tested in any way that allows us to cheat and PM each other.

Sorry, you got my input incorrect. Try reading my post again. In fact, here it is verbatim:
Did you see the highlighted part? You missed that, and I'm not sure it was deliberate or not. It means I selected all the numbers in the range specified, or at least every number in the range between 00011 and 99990. Which means I did guess your number as it was clearly in that range.
Perhaps you should have been clearer with your "game", limiting each poster to one and one only guess in the range. That is, to a 1:100,000 chance of guessing the right one (unless they are psychic!!!).

I begin to believe that a new ad-hoc rule is required. No jokes, sarcasm, fooling about, quips, etc. of any kind allowed in interactions such as these. When the butt of such cannot in any way distinguish between blatant humour and seriousness, then it helps not a whit to cast bait in their path. I will admit that it is tempting to see how bizarre a reply might be accorded credibility, but I don't think it is helping anyone.
