Sorry, but if another country lies about it's available weaponry/acts so that it is logical to assume it has such weaponry and is going to use it on you it is not incumbent upon you to wait till after the first wave of an attack against you., it owns all the guilt for any damage to it's people. Nobody is doing the police work
The US are just doing their own interests like anybody else.
They go after crimes against humanity when the criminals are on the other side
When they are their friends, they protect the criminals

People who whitewash and discount crimes like the issue of comfort women and the US invasion of Iraq are in fact very much guilty of the rapes and the deaths of South East Asian women and Iraqi children
