The same event wouldn't ever happen -- Trump has never been partial to cigars.
Got anything except snark, whataboutsim and blind devotion to Dear Leader?

No, I didn't. I pointed out that your question is pathetic baiting designed to do nothing more than imply an actual bias.
You can play it off as whatever ******** you want, people here can choose to buy it or not, especially considering your posting history (which shows a bias).
Trump is worse because he's ******* worse. That doesn't justify Clinton. Clinton was a good President, but a **** person to me. Trump is a **** president and **** person.
Has your life actually been derailed in some manner because of Trump or because of something he did or said?
I didn't care for GW Bush or Obama, and frankly, I think Trump should stay off twitter, but it doesn't cause me "lose it" and post profanity littered rants on this forum.

"Nothing to do with"?...
I don't really care what media on either side want, nor do I know why anyone else should. The actual articles of impeachment have nothing to do with lying to the American people.
Yes, it has. By several things he's said and done. Care to address my post or just cry because I used naughty words?Has your life actually been derailed in some manner because of Trump or because of something he did or said?

Merely unfit?...
Congress has the constitutional power to impeach and convict a president for anything they want to. But it's a bad idea to use that power for merely being "unfit". Voters are supposed to decide who is fit and who is not fit to be president. Republicans didn't come out ahead from Clinton's impeachment, and that was a proven crime. Impeaching Trump for non-criminal lying will go down even more poorly.
Merely unfit?
We'll find out just how unfit the closer Mueller's investigation gets to Trump.
But BTW, the 'Republicans' are not going to impeach Trump. Heck, it's possible some of them are in on getting Russian assistance in getting elected.
After the midterms, we'll see.

I'm a ******* a grown-up. I swear, my grown-up kids swear, and there's a filter. You don't like? Hit the report button and cry to the mods. Otherwise I'll just assume that I was right and by calling you out on your ******** argument left you with no other option than to cry about words.
Did swearing hurt you? Show me on the doll where swearing hurt you.
I always thought it strange that she kept the dress, apparently unwashed ... who does that? Maybe if I had just bagged a president I would too.
That said - yep, he should have turned her down. Clinton totally dodged a bullet when the Senate chose not to convict him. It's a two-thirds vote and that's an incredibly high bar. It's why so far I've been lukewarm on impeaching Trump unless there is *overwhelming* evidence of guilt, and even if there is, quite possibly he'd skate.
was that an attempt to defend the person who committed perjury?
do you not understand the difference between lying under oath and lying?
I'd be happy to "walk" you through it.
Trump doesn't have to be impeached for non-criminal lying. Hell no, he's clearly guilty of obstruction of justice, suborning perjury, violating his oath to uphold the constitution by rampant violations of the emoluments clause and this is just the tip of the iceberg.
Out of curiosity, Do you know how many subpoenas Trey Gowdy issued in his investigations into Ben Ghazzi and Hillary's emails? Over 50. Do you know how many he has issued into Russian interference into the 2016 election?
I'll let you guess.
If this same event had happened with Trump, would your perspective be identical or would it be all Trump's fault because he is (insert insult)?
OOoooo, lying under oath. Dang, that as horrendous as using a private email server.
Meanwhile running a criminal enterprise, no worries. Money laundering, meh. Involvement with mobsters, cheating on your election, using millions and millions of taxpayer dollars on golf vacations, using your office to harass private citizens, having how-many-is-it-up-to-now of your top staff members charged with federal crimes, inciting violence at your rallies, hiding the fact you paid off mistresses to keep them quiet during your campaign, asking a foreign country to hack your competitor's email, giving intelligence secrets to the ambassador and foreign minister of Russia, ......
Nothing nearly as bad on that list as OMG, OMG, OMG, lying under oath about cheating on your wife and her emails.
And all that.
About his attacks on civil servants and
the rule of law. His failure to uphold and defend the Constitution and checks and balances.
How he has turned the Presidency into a money making scam to enrich his friends and family.
I could care less about reporting your language and it doesn't hurt me one iota.
So is posting on this forum therapeutic for you or do you think Trump is reading this forum and thinking he better clean up his act?
The way I see it, Trump is a successful and wealthy businessman. He is used to people kissing his a$$ and having people hang on his every word. He speaks whatever is on his mind, without filters apparently. He's not eloquent and as I stated earlier, probably would be better off avoiding social media.
But the US economy is doing well, unemployment is low, I'm on the fence with the trade tariffs. And unquestionably, the stock market is doing very well.
Not everything Trump has done is good but not everything he's done is wrong either. I ignore his tweets and enjoy the stock market returns.![]()
You must have blinders on to even ask that. Please elaborate.
What scam are you referring to?
It seems to me that most if not all politicians turn their (insert title) into a money making venture to enrich themselves, political supporters and friends and family.
The Clintons when they left the White House WERE BROKE. Carter definitely didn't. Neither did George Sr.
Trump has stayed almost exclusively at Trump properties. The government has to lease space at them to protect Trump and his family.
He has countries and corporations since being elected purchasing and/or leasing condos and office space at Trump properties at premium rates. Corporate memberships at his golf courses are being purchased also at premium rates.
For all Trump's talk about not needing the money, he has done nothing but seek ways to make money for himself and his offspring.
‘In 2014 the Clinton foundation gave LESS THAN THREE PERCENT of it’s total cash take to charity’…
You can now see online at the National Center for Charitable Statistics website the 2104 tax return for the Clinton Foundation.
They return is disturbing, to say the least. Given a ‘charitable’ interpretation you would say that the Foundation is disastrously incompetent. A less kind interpretation would be that The Clinton Tax Charity is a fraud that simply exists to enrich it’s it’s employees and directors (who include, obviously, Bill and Hillary).
Scam: a dishonest scheme; a fraud.

Fiorina and others are referring only to the amount donated by the Clinton Foundation to outside charities, ignoring the fact that most of the Clinton Foundation’s charitable work is performed in-house. One independent philanthropy watchdog did an analysis of Clinton Foundation funding and concluded that about 89 percent of its funding went to charity.
Simply put, despite its name, the Clinton Foundation is not a private foundation — which typically acts as a pass-through for private donations to other charitable organizations. Rather, it is a public charity. It conducts most of its charitable activities directly.
