I was talking about the Collusion part.

Got it. That much is true.

It’s still fascinating how hundreds of contacts between the campaign and Russians does not strongly imply “coordination”. Just not imply strongly enough to prosecute, but damning in its own right. Especially given the denials by Trump that anyone in his campaign staff had had any contacts with Russians. Was he that much out of the loop, or was this carefully constructed “plausible deniability”? I suspect the latter, but neither explanation shows Trump in a positive light.

The entire "no-Collusion" part hinges on the fact that Cohen typed in the wrong email-address for the Kremlin.

More specifically along those lines, there are the national security issues to sort out.

The Trump admin's outright resistance to acknowledging this happened or addressing the issue is major problem. We know they attempted to access at least 21 voter databases.

The GRU’s aforementioned hacking attempts weren’t strictly limited to hacking the DNC and DCCC. According to Volume I, Part III, Section C on page 50, Mueller’s team describes how the GRU targeted “individuals and entities involved in the administration of elections.” More specifically, we’re talking about the networks and databases tasked with managing votes and voters. The Russians also targeted “private technology firms” who created “election-related” tech, “such as voter registration software and electronic polling stations.”

In July of 2016, the GRU scanned networks in “more than two dozen states.” It also “gained access to a database containing information on millions of registered Illinois voters.” The attack against the Illinois Board of Elections is just one of many, per the report. Additionally, just before Election Day, the GRU targeted Florida officials and were able to access election networks there, according to the FBI. Remember when former-Senator Bill Nelson said Russia had infiltrated Florida? He wasn’t wrong.

And that last bit should be especially concerning, really.

We've been assured that no cast votes were "changed" on Election Day by the Russians. I don't find the Russians part hard to believe, though there were some concerning anomalies that likely should have been investigated further. Of much more concern, I've seen no assurances that Russia didn't change who was registered to vote in the first place, which is something that they were actually in a clear position to do.

Maybe he's confusing that with the amount of illegal money Mueller recovered as a side effect of his investigation.
