Iirc, they announced Mitt didn't write a concession speech on the day of the election, but it felt more like cheering the supporters on than an accirate statement.

His normal expression when he listened to Obama in the debates sort of said:"Oh, you silly peasant."Glad we don't have to look at that smirk every time we walk into a government office now.
 
It would've been foolish of them not to develop a transition site and have it ready to go the day after the election. Their only mistake was putting it up prematurely.

Don't yours have photos or sigils of the Queen? The Prez is our head of State as well as our head of Government.

Nope, not even the Prime Minister, at least not in the public areas. But then we know what they look like without needing a photo too. Having to have their pictures up would strike me a little too much like the Democratic Republic of Korea or one of the other countries that plaster images of their Dear Leader everywhere.

They apparently really, truly did, based on believing the same sort of "unskewed polls" nonsense that gulled so many conservatives.

The right-wing echo chamber didn't just cause a whole lot of Republican supporters to ignore the reality staring them in the face, it seems to have cost the GOP the election itself!

I would hope they donate them instead. Lots of people could use a Romney Victory T-shirt to go along with their Oklahoma Thunder NBA Champions shirts and sweaters.

...in the hallway outside the Speakers Flat in Parliament Buildings are portraits of all the Prime Minsters.

I can't find any images: but in the virtual tour if you turn right: up and down that corridor are portaits and photos of all of the former and current Prime Ministers.

It's not so much that the campaign made the website, it's the content, tone, look of the site that makes it (unintentionally) funny. Another good one, from the same infamous 47% video:

"How are you going to win if 54 percent of the voters think China's economy is bigger than ours? Or if it costs 4 cents to make a penny and we keep making pennies? Canada got it right a month ago. Why isn't someone saying, 'Stop making pennies, round it to the nearest nickel?' You know, that's an easy thing, compared to Iran."
