I don't usually reveal sources, but I think this is incredibly important. Michael Connell died in a plane crash last night. He was a key witness in the Ohio election fraud case that I have been reporting on. More importantly, however, he had information that he was ready to share.

You see, Mike Connell set-up the alternate email and communications system for the White House. He was responsible for creating the system that hosted the infamous GWB43.com accounts that Karl Rove and others used. When asked by Congress to provide these emails, the White House said that they were destroyed. But in reality, what Connell is alleged to have done is move these files to other servers after having allegedly scrubbed the files from all "known" Karl Rove accounts.

In addition, I have reason to believe that the alternate accounts were used to communicate with US Attorneys involved in political prosecutions, like that of Don Siegelman. This is what I have been working on to prove for over a year. In fact, it was through following the Siegelman-Rove trail that I found evidence leading to Connell. That is how I became aware of him. Mike was getting ready to talk. He was frightened.

Ohio.com is reporting that Connell's private plane went down in Lake Township, Ohio tonight, that Connell was killed and was the only person aboard. There are no reports of anyone on the ground being hurt, though the plane crashed in a residential neighborhood.

Connell is a familiar name to readers of The BRAD BLOG as a key witness in the King-Lincoln v. Blackwell lawsuit regarding fraud in the 2004 election in Ohio. That ongoing lawsuit led to Connell's deposition on November 3, 2008, the day before the general election. According to plaintiff's lead attorney Cliff Arnebeck, Connell was also threatened by Karl Rove in attempt to intimidate him into "taking the fall" for Ohio election fraud.

Who is Michael Connell?

An experienced pilot runs out of fuel?

This one should be interesting.

Please discuss....

I agree with Heretik Hulk,

I think our government knew he could deliver incriminating evidence against them and thus bumped him off.

Indeed, the US government has a very good trackrecord of keeping sekrit things under wraps

Actually, fuel (mis)management is the cause of countless general aviation accidents. Its not like running out of gas in your car. Oh and just how experienced was he?

Also, these type of accidents are largely survivable in light aircraft. If you're at a high enough altitude, you fly the best glide speed and look for a road or a field.

If you are positing that his fuel line was cut, it should have been discovered during pre-flight. Personally, I dont think the gubmint would make a hit this messy...

10 percent of All Accidents: Fuel Mismanagement

All airplanes except for gliders use some type of fuel to power their engines. Airplanes can have very simple fuel systems with only one tank and no fuel pumps, or more complex fuel systems with multiple fuel tanks, pumps, and fuel selector switches. In addition, most aircraft require a specific type of fuel. Fuel mismanagement, such as running a tank dry, selecting an empty tank, using the wrong type of fuel, or running out of fuel, represents 10 percent of all accidents.

A friend of mine sold his plane a few years ago - a nice twin-engine Piper. The guy who bought it came to Texas to fly it back home to the northwest, and over Colorado had some issue where he didn't figure out the fuel tank switches, and crashed it. He was uninjured but the plane was totaled. He was obviously an experienced pilot because he was multi-engine rated.

If the US or any government had successfully kept "sekrit things under wraps", how would we know about it?

For a second I thought the OP said Michael McDonald died in a plane crash. I almost thought the world had lost the greatest backup singer in history. Unfortunately death by plane crash is reserved for the most legendary of artists...with the exception of John Denver.

I wonder if ULTIMA1 has a FOIA in for the CRITIC that proves Mr. Connell's plane was intercepted and shot down...

So, we don't know what Connell had to say. The "reporter" (a very loose definition of the word) has no rel clue of the facts regarding the crash. And it was in the middle of bad weather conditions.

Yet, certain parties are certain it was a hit.

Is ice forming in contaminated fuel still an issue in aviation circles?

Where do you have reports of bad weather? That's not indicated in the Akron Beacon story.

The Weather Channel's report for Friday.

Notice what it says about 6 pm, when the plane reportedly crashed? 27 degrees F. 96% humidity. And that's just ground level. The temp up high was most certainly a lot colder.

See, I've provided more proof than that particular blogger.

We don't even know what Connell had to say.

Ah, but couldn't the conspiracy fake the The Weather Channel's report for Friday? LOL

Perhaps the same God who helped al Qaeda also helps the Bushies. What a lucky coincidence. Praise the Lord!

That's quite enough Trinity Broadcasting Network for you, lady.

They used to show Hal Lindsey on that network. You'd probably get a kick out of him.

Any suggestion of foul play is unsubstantiated paranoid speculation at best.

So if he slipped on ice on his front step would the paranoia lead to...

"he uses his front step everyday and we are suppose to believe he simply FORGOT to salt it!"

TAM:)
