In your scenario he was only shot 5 times, although the autopsy said 6 ?

In your scenario he was shot once from behind, although the autopsy said he was not shot from behind ?

That doesn't seem to fit the facts we know.

No, in my scenario he was shot six times. Once at the door, 1 out of 6 while running away (the autopsy notes that one shot in the arm could have been from behind) then all four from the front.

1+1+4=6. This fits the audio, the witnesses, and the autopsy.

OK. I understand, but I don't agree with the time frame of shots that he got shot twice out of the first 6 shots and was running away and got as far away as LTC8K6 shows in the photos in that time period and stopped, and turned around, before the next 4 shots.

That also doesn't seem to account for the time of wilson getting out of the car and chasing him.

I just want to apologize in advance.

And yet even the police version says he was shot once by the car and ran away. And even the police version says Wilson followed behind him firing his weapon. All witnesses say he jerked as if shot. My scenario follows all of the known information.

Damn car shot him too? Man, this militarization of the cops has gone too far!

I still reserve judgement of the eyewitness testimony and the shots recording.
If I read it all correctly, three out of the four are friend/relatives of the deceased and may be just a tad too biased.

From a gun that ejects to the right, they were probably fired after Wilson got out and stood up a few feet away from the SUV. Might have bounced off the door, there may be more inside or on the hood. I wonder if we can spot more up the road?

They ran in the direction opposite the way the SUV is facing. The empties would eject away from the vehicle, towards the curb.

They had to have been collected and put there, imo.

How about a couple shots out the car door/window? The little angels were fleeing around the back end of the car, got out of sight of the officer who got out of his car then.

I need to sort out the superfluosity of white SUVs.

Johnson has a prior charge of filing a false police report, and of course was with brown in the robbery just prior.

I think that make his credibility almost nil.

Crenshaw claims in her interviews that she knew Brown. She says she was the one who told browns mother what happened.

And Mitchell was coming to pick up Crenshaw for work - so they know each other and work together. And certainly spoke with each other before the police.

Does that automatically make them non-credible witnesses ? No.

But it makes them far from impartial, IMO.

Yes, I still haven't seen much concern regarding the non/impartiality of the witnesses.

Maybe I am the only one who thinks their relationship with brown and each other is important.

No, this is not true. Which witnesses were relatives of Brown? There was a woman coming to pick up one of her employees. She did not know Brown. Michael Brady did not know Brown. Dorian Johnson was his friend, and one of the other witnesses was an acquaintance. From what we do know, the witnesses all match each other reasonably well and the forensics matches them as well. And now this audio just further supports what they claimed to have seen. What evidence contradicts them? Are there any other witnesses who saw things differently? As far as I can tell, it's all the witnesses, the autopsy, and the audio, vs. Darren Wilson's word on everything.

I would think this would result in empty shells inside the SUV and probably a ruptured eardrum or two for Wilson.
