How about answering this simple question, JH: why do you think AE911 continues to include those fake names on their list of "experts" despite being told they were fooled?

In this thread, the always clueless JHarrow was pretty pissed to learn that JREF members had infiltrated AE911 with considerable ease.

Faking engineers on AE911 was criminally vandalizing his website.

Of course this was a rather pathetic effort at deflecting attention away from the real issue here: AE911 was shown to have NO standards whatsoever for membership and has apparently decided to leave those fake names on site.

This begs the obvious question:

You misread it, or I worded it poorly.
Calling someone asock puppet is not against the MA, so people shouldn't report people for calling them that.

Exactly. THIS is the 'truth' movement in a nutshell. It has nothing to do with truth, and everything to do with rhetorical brownie points and ideological statements.

Towards those goals ANYTHING is permissible, it appears.

These groups, the 9/11 groups are formed up based on lies. Some of the people signed up are real people, and really architects but they have no idea they were signed up! They were googled and signed up! Your 9/11 truth movement is a fraud! No evidence, no idea what happen on 9/11, and the members are clueless when it comes to knowledge on 9/11.

9/11 truth is open loop crazy ideas and a big fraud. You are now complaining because 9/11 truth is unable to authenticate it's own members! Talk about incompetent.

R.Mackey has published his credentials all over the place. Google "Ryan Mackey". He's not exactly trying to be anonymous.

And try actually reading some of the technical posts from Newton's Bit, rwguinn, and Apollo20. These guys obviously know what they're doing. In contrast, look at Heiwa's posts and compare.

I have no doubt that those people who claim they are engineers here are actually engineers. Except possibly Heiwa.

I am "Cameron Porter PHD" (named after the Brady Bunch kids two doctors) The name was created to see how effective their screening processes was when their site was created. Doug Plumb contacted me on at least two occasions, even leaving me his cell phone number. I responded to him twice telling him to REMOVE the name. I explained to him that I did not find any substance to their website and the claims that it contained.

This was back in November and December of 07.

Gage is a joke. His claims are copy cat crap, and his is feeding off the idiots of the truth movement.

I don't consider myself a real engineering "player" in this sub-forum, however I have made the claim and I'm willing to back it up.
