Or to be seriouser. The fact that our physical parts do things has no bearing on whether or not we can explain how/why, how to or any other such. Ability to explain requires we have the knowledge - ability to do is not equivalant to ability to explain or teach.
 
Very few newborn babies have done it before.
They are hard wired to acquire the ability, rather quickly.

In truth, we don't know how we do most things.
Most of what we do is wholly inaccessible at the conscious level.

Isn't memory recall also subject to the power of suggestion? I just noticed in the OP Plumjam wrote 'picture your first school'. Subconsciously was that a trick or a key marker for recall?
