The REF will be challenged at every stage leading up to the event to describe the progress of the intended claim, and the parameters that will define success.

Similarly at every stage jurors comprising the world wide audience of participating polsters will observe, who will be wise to hyperbole, and who will not shy away from collating observed facts and comparing them with MT’s published predictions, the Jupiter occultation is in Capricorn, disposited by Saturn in Virgo disposited by Mercury, yet here Merc has progressed into another sign opening up a whole new set of astrological factors...

Assuming you've properly applied for the MDC, and both sides (ie. you and the JREF) have all agreed protocol wise...and you win, I suspect that Randi would gladly award you the $1M prize.

Of course, that is a lot of assumptions....you applying for the MDC being the first critical step you must take to make this all happen. Only a few days left for you to get this done....
