Occultations are "planned", as in "Let's have Jupe and Selene over there, instead of over here, for June. And Uranus, we'll wipe that."
Whether or not some Ouija board has things to do with the two, but only in June, the occultations or anything else celestial aren't controlled. Predicatable, and inevitable, but not controlled/planned.

Clearly Martin Timothy has done absolutely no research on how the Million Dollar Challenge works. I predict that he will never to so, and will never submit a signed and notarised Challenge Application.

Martin, there is more to Randi's challenge than merely saying "give me the million". After all, it's a million dollars at stake, and that's a lot of money. Applications have to be handled carefully and with scrutiny. Please inform yourself of the protocols of the challenge, or you will merely look like a posturing fool.
