Man shot, killed by off-duty Dallas police officer who walked into wrong apartment p3

Yes indeed, Ask the West Memphis 3, the Norfolk 4 and the Central Park 5.
But lynch the low hanging fruit and everyone gets to sleep easy.

Other than the guy who got gunned down in his own apartment by Quickdraw McGraw, yeah, they all get to sleep easy.

Yeah
Damien Echols slept real well in irons on death row for 18 years.
Look higher up the tree for the truly evil bastards.

If anyone in this conversation was advocating the death penalty for Guyger, then you'd have a point.

Her history of racist comments coupled with her demonstrated attitude to shooting people means that there is no reason to give her the benefit of the doubt as to her state of mind when she shot a black man in his own home.

Yes.
Low hanging fruit called to account.
I see a cop with fear of black African citizens for some reason.
What do I see in the above mentioned cases?
Serial evil.

If by low hanging fruit you mean a fairly simple case with none of the fundamental facts at issue and only a thin smoke screen raised as defense, then, yeah, why not? You are not advocating Guyger be released because the case was too simple and clear-cut, now, are you?

I see a cop with fear of black African citizens for some reason.

Perhaps, and...?

Samson, is there a reason your comments are so oblique? Is it that if you actually state directly and clearly what you are really thinking, then your argument would be exposed as completely ridiculous, even to you?

While the dead-needlessly-by-the-gun-of-Guyger Mr Jean was indeed black, hommes was from the West Indies. I furfher doubt his citizenship was of concern to her. Not that African is really a citizen.

You want to see evil? It's callous indifference in ending another human life for no other reason than being somewhere that she (wrongly) didn't expect. That's some straight up malice yo.

And riffing on this what's not evil is jailing the killer. Devil's Advocate has given very good reasons why in Texas law, she was charged (and convicted) of that particular type of homicide.
