I proved you with figures that my proposal of symmetrical lifestyle is absolutely real for every high developed country and don’t demands to change any social institutes.
The same way as going from 6 working days week to 5 working days week 50 years ago or going to 3.5 working – 3.5 free days week in France.

NC, I'm having a hard time understanding why you think that everybody would prefer to work 60 hours/week for half the year and then get the other half off. I don't want to work 60 hours per week. I don't know anybody who wants to work 60 hours per week on a regular basis. I know people who do it for the overtime pay, but it destroys your familiy life.

On the odd occasion that I work 50 hours per week, it does me in and I need more than one day of rest to recover.

Also, do you think everyone has a job that they can abandon for six months at a time with no repurcussions to their clients? How many weeks would it take someone to catch up with everything they've missed during their yearly hiatus? And what if someone doesn't have creative interests that they can only pursue in six-month increments? It's easier for me to practice my hobbies all year long, especially since I generally only work eight hours per day.

Don't assume that your dream is a shared one.

He proves better than I am using his native English, that even using today’s technical achievements the person has to work not more than 20 hours a week.
Believe me and to the famous author – decreasing of week job hours is the main trend of high developed global countries society.
Soon mondatory the working week will become less then in France now, for example 24 working hours.
From these point almost all people will demand for a week 48 hours to work and other week to be free.

Why most people hate me for symmetrical lifestyle idea?
Because realization of it will totally destroy there lifestyle of slaves (most of them) and slaves’ musters.

Believe me everything is ready in every high developed country to began this lifestyle today – 48 hours working week, 15$ minimal hour pay, a week to work and a week to be free from hating by 90% of people their job.

So I googled it, and got more than 1 million hits.

And I still can't find anything that says what the requirements are for the award.
