So I had invented another society: social – liberal, national-cosmopolitan, working-free weeks’ symmetrical, personally multi- (cultural, lingual, professional), massively high skilled educated.




Look at almost every business in successful period of time and you will see a big overwork of workers.
After some period of time all workers begin to imitate the situation when business simply can’t live with out overwork of peaoples.
I am a good experienced engineer and I know well how to change the overwork situation everywhere.



It is just the second real step after 3.5 job days-3.5 free days’ week in France with 35 job hour.



I am committing method of overlapping alternatives and radical inequalities with out mixing to solve the most important social and personal problems.





I know how to make compatible radical national-cosmopolitan capitalism and socialism with great positive effect of real freedom to the person and to the society.





I like very much north European social countries’ people mentality.

Even now they have according your words (2*46)/7 + 6 = 19 weeks free from job time a year minimum.
It is not a problem to give them 9 weeks vacation more but to increase the working day to 10 hours a day.
You can make a simple calculation and see that the person can live in symmetrical lifestyle and wage almost the same he get now.
But it is just a beginning of symmetrical lifestyle
In future more and more high skilled people will wage more and more money and spend more and more quality lifestyle of elite class person.




You have to understand that capitalism and socialism are compatible system but we have not to mix them.



In my society every person will absolutely right to be employed according his professional skills were he want in the case of successful going throw professional test.
In the case when 10 persons are successful in test for definite place 2 from them will get a contract for a year and another year according lot.
8 others will get a document from the company about successful going throw the test that will help them to get a good job contract too.

What about me? I'm a musician,I have an unsymmetrical working life,and that's the way I like it. And what the hell does 'throw the test' mean? Find yourself an English teacher.

Everybody hate those kinds of job.
So it have to be distributed equally between all people or according my plan.
The society were 30% of it’s full right members have a very bad job for minimal hour payment – it is the society of slaves.
In USSR those slaves took from working camps, in high developed countries world from legal and mostly illegal immigration.
I construct society from high skilled and high educated people only.
So “bad job” have to done by all it’s members equal quantity of time.
Only this system will forced us to minimize the integral time of bad job to 1 week a year for everybody.
In nearest future robots will make most bad and routine job.
Every person has only one life and he has live it as elite type free man and not as a slave.

The man has just make a first step – to live 1 – 2 years in symmetry of job and free weeks.
After this personal experience it will be practically impossible to return him in his last lifestyle.
In France for example you need to increase hour payment in 35/30=1.166667 times – only 17% and and everybody can work 6 days a week, 10 job hours a day with one day off work a week and with 26 weeks of vocation in a year for every person!
It is really another quality of life with out changing any social institutes or political system.

Students will worked on many kinds of unskilled job to get money to pay for education – not as now they forced to get. But exactly what they want for their one money.
Prisoners will work for money and for to be free earlier/
Old will work for money and because they simply loosed their professional skills for age reasons.
An old man can’t do his last current job. But he can do brilliantly many others – to be babysitter, to give foreign language practice and many others.
An old man till his last days strongly do not want to be alone.
He wants to work with other people this job he can really do.
Till age of 40 I lived in USSR.
I know very well what means to live in totalitarian state.

Some (most) people are enjoy to remain in prison after 20 years being there, they also enjoy to be beaten every day and to be killed.
Believe me they are absolutely happy from their lifestyle.
The new lifestyle person and today’s lifestyle person look relatively the same.
We have to take every man from his prison and give him maximum creative freedom.

You are successful musician, or actor, or artist, or composer, or writer with not rhythmical lifestyle.
Don’t change anything and be creatively happy.
But you have to remember about 90% people of those profession – your mental brothers who simply have to work on places they hate very much because the can’t get job according their favorite profession.

In my system this sort of people will have 26 weeks of creative vocation to realize themselves in their favorite deal.
