My point, taken from Ingersoll, is that the Torah is a relic of primitive barbarism, and can not be taken as a guide to action in a modern society. Your reply doesn't deal in any way with this. Do you defend the imposition of laws derived from the Torah? If you do, please say so; if you don't please say so.I know one text that can be compared with Tanakh, Bible, Quran and Tripitaka.

The religions of Lao Czi and Confucius are not in the list of so called "World Religions".
Confucianism is probably not to be regarded as a religion, as nobody believes that the writings of Confucius are the word of God.
