your ideas are patently unworkable - if people are required to spend their money within 2 periods of earning it, it discourages saving - and also means that people will not be able to move into this "entrepenurial" class as they will simply not have the resources necessary to begin a business. In addition, your employment pattern will cause massive food shortages - crops and animals require rather more frequent care than "every second day".
Why do you want to create a highly stratified society plagued with constant food shortages?
For example.
You want to save some money from your earning to open your own business.
But from another side you have to spend your weekly wage not more than for two weeks.
What to do?
To buy bonds and stocks after every working week till they will not cost the sum you need.
You can also take a credit that connected only with the percent of inflation.
I thing it is very good conditions to open business.
