Your interpretation of the problem is very, very naïve. Forcing people to read books that do not interest them will not solve the problems we face in the world.

By the way, how much of the Tripitaka have you actually read?

Why should we read the Qur'an instead of the Daodejing or the Rigveda?

Why should we read the Tanakh instead of the Poetic Edda or the Guru Granth Sahib?

You are absolutely wrong about this. My feelings about My job, and what I want to do, automatically take priority over what I "can" do. Over the years, I've quit several jobs when the terms and conditions of those jobs changed to something unpleasant.

I do not want to be running in and out of the office every second week. It would be tremendously disruptive, confusing and stressful to Me, to My co-workers, and to our supervisor. In our department, where the goal is to have reports go out within 48 hours, we need to have a complement of approximately 85% of our total staff available during business hours. 50% staff is simply not enough people to get the work done on time.

It is absolutely not so.
I have the great example of our Holy Resurrected Israel.
All children in Israel - religious and secular ones study Tanah at school and they know it well.
The same model have to be for all children of the world, but we need to add to Tanah the main books of 3 others world religions and cultures: Bible, Quran and Tripitaka.
Tripitaka is very big book.
All people have to know only the Tripitaka texts of Buddha students.
The Tripitaka texts of students of Buddha students people do not have to know.
It is the only very easy way to make the total elimination of total xenophobia and xenohating.

It is not your problems.
It is the problems of your management.
You just have to do your job not 1800 hours a year (if my calculation is correct) but for 1248 hours a year for the same money with the same buying power.
If it is possible please ask your staff do they agree to work 1248 hours a year in weekly symmetrical lifestyle with hourly wage 44% more than you have now.

Xenophobia will be eliminated if children all over the world are obliged to study the Tanakh, because children in Israel have to study this at school?

With my project I was in very many enterprises of Israel and spoke with staff.
Most people want to live and work in weekly symmetrical lifestyle according my project.
With enterprises owners I have problems because they do not want to hear me.
Just because this they have no ability to understand me.
There are some businessmen that agree with me principally but if they will make this regime in their enterprises the other owners will eat them.

I consider that to be a grievous flaw in the Israeli school system. Canadian public school students are not obligated to read any scriptures at all. Students attending religious schools are usually taught the scriptures of that religious tradition. People who want to study scriptures can do so through churches, or through university-level courses.

It's 15,000 books, actually (at least in the Theravada canon; the Mahayana schools have their own collections). Have you read all of them yet?

No. Your way is actually a cumbersome process that deliberately ignores the scriptures dear to the hearts of Hindus and Sikhs and many other religions. Your way will increase the hatred in the world by relegating many peoples' beliefs to second-class status and showing disrespect for people who do not want to study scriptures at all.

You can ignore me of course but how you will ignore the fact that in US 1800 working hours a year in average and in France, Germany, Niederlande 1500 and less.
They are near the weekly symmetrical lifestyle and US unfortunately not so near.

Why would I want to bother My co-workers by asking hypothetical questions about a barking-mad social experiment that will almost certainly never see the light of day? It's your plan, so you should be the one raising funds and creating a working model to see if you have any chance at all of making it work.

From what I can tell, you haven't gotten very far at all.

The vast majority of people have no ability to ignore me because they even do not know about my great projects and this is a problem.
