Modern society practically steals the most valuable years of most world people’s life.
New Life Style gives to every world person minimum half weeks from all his life to get fun from his individual freedom and to be the real muster of his “complete 7th day”.

Firstly the minimum wage in France is €8.82 an hour, which is (xe.com) $12.61. Secondly, as a member of the EU, France follows the European Working Time Directive, which limits the work week for most people to 48 hours.

Here in the UK, I venture to suggest that people would prefer the standard 39.5 hour, 5 day, 47 weeks a year work pattern than work 60 hours a week (which would mean opting out of the EWTD, something that is optional for UK workers), even to get extra unpaid holiday.

Noting that the unattributed quote on which this is based is part of my question, I note also that the answer is not relevant or really responsive to my question. Since my question was how, if you depend on a translator to produce your English, you contrive to understand ours, perhaps the answer is provided here: you don't.

Can you at least tell me what the word "pocket" means in this context? I am not just trying to be snide. I truly cannot imagine what that word is supposed to mean in your posts.

Okay. Yes. We understand the basic concepts. But we are unsure if you understand why it will not work.
First of all, simply knowing the same language as someone else does not automatically make you friends with them. If it did, then I wouldn't hate kurious_kathy. And there would already be very little war; the officials that run the governments either speak the other languages or can hire translators.
The free-job weeks' symmetry idea is just bunk. No one is going to work a sixty-hour week. Point-blank refusal is all you will get, even if you increase the minimum wage and give more holidays. It simply will not happen.

It is not a little step. It would require a total overhaul of the education systems and economics of every country in the world. Thousands of new teachers would have to be educated. You cannot fill that demand. The removal of the fluctuating wages level would wreck economics. It's called a "price floor", and it's a BAD thing. There would be too much supply and not enough demand for labor. Raising the minimum wage to $15 an hour would result in thousands of layoffs so that companies could save money.

Thank you for your concrete massage with concrete figures about 3.5 days job time/3.5 days free time France.
Using your figures I can give a real variant to people wit minimal salary.
The ordinary person works 6 days a week with one day off in a week with job-free weeks’ symmetry.
So he will work 26 weeks in a year and 26 in a year he will be free in every possible symmetrical combination of free and job weeks.
In this case a person’s year wage will be 12.61*8*6*26=$15737 and he will work 8*6*26=1248 yours in a year.
In your case you can work 1248 hours – your benefit/12.61 hours in a year.

We have not forgotten that many people have their own creative ideas how to make money.
So they will have 26 weeks of creative vocation in a year to realize them.
 
If the UK person strongly wants to work not more than 39.5 hours a week according standard, he can work 5 days a week, 4 days – 8 hours and 5th day – 7.5 hours a day.
In this case his minimal salary will be 39.5*26*12.61= $12950.

It is just a minimal salary.
In my society 90% of people will be so called “middle class” persons.
Their hour salary will in average 2 times more than minimal one.
Maximal hour salary of most people will be 2 times more than salary of “middle class” persons.
People with grandiose income and profit will get salary 1% - 3% from it and the other part of their income and profit they will have to invest freely in every possible ways after paying taxes.
Taxes in future will be not bigger than 7% - 10% from a personal profit and equal for every income.
