First we have to realize this New Lifestyle idea in all democratic high-developed countries with GDP more than $15000.
EU will be reform to the World Union of high-developed countries.
Conceptual ideas will have the same base but will be modernized using social design method according my set of NEOSHABATconceptual ideas.
Every person will have possibility to exist virtually in every job place, in every professional meeting, discussion, in every seminar, master class and lecture in current time and in the past time.
Every man will have possibility of creative open communication with every other man or with his virtual high quality referent in dialogue regime.

It is in case of negative social harmony and justice realization when society begins to let down elite to ordinary people level.

The only way you are going to get anywhere (ok, there is no way you're getting anywhere, but I'm being generous) is if you somehow convince the government of your country to adopt your "system" and it is a success. Ranting incoherent babble in random forums will get you nowhere. I can't adopt your system as my employer would fire me faster than I can blink. They have invested thousands of dollars in me, not including salary, and they'd rather I not spend half my time scratching my balls.

I would like to definite national, cosmopolitan and international on individual level of every person and on the level of society.
What the different between international and cosmopolitan kind of city and state?
Citizens of cosmopolitan city and state are monolingual persons of different national roots that they try to forget.

Citizens of international state and city are bilinguals and bicultural of common language and culture and there national languages and cultures.

My world will be the world of national, international with different common languages and cultures and cosmopolitan with different common languages states and cities.


Every world person will have right to live and work in all of them of course.

HRL will be one of three – four and more native languages of every monotheistic believer.

English will remain global lingua franca, but not forever of course as every other historical global lingua franca.

Holy Resurrected Israel will be national – international – cosmopolitan World Capital State with HRL natively speaking multilingual citizens, that believes in GOD.

If every single person on the planet could train to do any job they wanted in 6 months, then everyone would be a pilot, or a brain surgeon, of an astronomer, or an artist, or a robotics engineer, and that's all wonderful and great. But who would sweep the roads, or collect the garbage, or maintain the sewers?

If NC's plan worked then in no time at all we'd be up to our ankles in sewer water and garbage.

Not my idea of a perfect society at all.

But the main argument opposes my idea presents deeply inside our psychology.
We put 3 levels of unleavened bread on paschal plate – first level – Cohens, second level – Leviticus, third level – Israelites.
