Links Between Holocaust Denial/Revisionism and 9-11 "Truthers"

I'd like to use this thread to chronicle links between Holocaust nuts and 9-11 kooks.

For example, here's an interesting link I just discovered today between Daniel Hopsicker (of Welcome to Terrorland and MadCow Productions) and Holocaust Revisionism. Turns out that Hopsicker was a featured speaker at a "Real History, USA" conference hosted by Holocaust Revisionist Supreme, David Irving. Michael Ruppert of From the Wilderness also spoke at this conference.
 
I think it should be pointed out that the 'Real History' and Barnes Review conferences usually feature a whole range of subjects; that someone spoke at such a conference doesn't automatically make them an overt Holocaust denier. It sure increases the chances that they believe in that kind of antisemitic woowoo, though.
 
Actually Michael Ruppert decided not to speak at the 2002 event (apparantely he isn't completely retarded). Daniel Hopsicker; Florida "investigate journalist" did present his Venice Flying Circus crap, however. Some guy named Eric Mueller, a Texas "expert on the Arabic language", spoke on the Arabic documents found in the hijackers' belongings. And yet another dude named Patrick Frain, who ran a "major" website on flight 93 (address one and address two, both long gone now), was at least planned to host a panel of "experts" on flight 93 together with Hopsicker, Irving and "former fighter and airline pilot" Bill Stout.

Some guy named Michael Wright, Oklahoma "researcher", was planned to speak at the 2004 event on Nick Berg's decapitition and its relationship to 9/11 (cuckoo).

I believe Ruppert was scheduled to speak, but decided not to go. David had already paid for the airline ticket and Ruppert cited something on his (Ruppert's) website about speaking engagements not being valid unless a letter was sent. This was the gist of it.

Barnes Review conferences carry speakers that talk about Holocaust revisionism. Real History, at most, has speakers that have talked about it in the past. Gas chambers and such are not the subject of their talks at the conference.
 
9/11 Twoofers and Holocaust Deniers are natural allies.

Both claim that a massive conspiracy is fooling the world when it comes to a historic event and both use the same kind of "logic" to prove it.

Sure enough....

- Loose Change cites AFP - a neo-Nazi web site - several times.

- One of the VERY FIRST 9/11 conspiracies was "4,000 Jews didn't show up to work."

- "Da Joooos did it" remains a popular claim.

Even more revealing is the fact that most Twoofers make little effort to purge the Nazi scum from their ranks.

I've noticed that in addition to the unholy alliance between Truthers and holocaust deniers, many 9/11 kooks have, in also other than 9/11 debates, proven themselves to be some sort of "universal kooks". It means that they tend to swallow every possible US-involving conspiracy theory from the UFOs of Area 51 through Moon landing fakes to the New World Order. Also it's not unusual for many of them to worship murderers like Che Guevara, or just anyone who happens to be an enemy of USA. I've even met some who were convinced that the Taleban-ruled Afghanistan was virtually a flourishing paradise until evil americans came and bombed the country into a desert. Sigh.

This might be a tad far-fetched but didnt the janitor from one of the towers (Fernandez?) go to Iran, invited by president [SIZE=-1]Ahmadinejad? The same [/SIZE][SIZE=-1]Ahmadinejad who recently hosted a Holcaust denial-conference. I would say this would fit into his rather antisemititc agenda (causte the jooos did it). Btw, didnt [/SIZE][SIZE=-1]Ahmadinejad go to Venezuela to meet up with president Whathisname? Another bloke who has made a name for himself as a "truther".[/SIZE]

No, it's the simple truth. If I had a penny for every time a CT claimed the Jews are behind 9/11, I could park the cash in the bank, retire and live on the interest - and all of that after paying off the mortgage on the house.

Perhaps you are not anti-semitic, William. If you cannot recognize that many of your fellows in the Truth Movement are anti-semitic, however, then you are deluded.

It's not so much us linking them to it, as them linking themselves to it and us noticing. There is a difference.

Speaking of His Loopiness Eric Hufschmid, we just had a longtime poster to DU tombstoned for expressing her opinion that Hufschmid wasn't actually a Holocaust denier, but was saying all of those things to bring calumny on the cause of 9/11 Truthseeking (his half-sister apparently is married to Rupert Murdoch's son). Only this particular poster could have come up with a way to attack someone by denying they were a Holocaust denier though, so it's no great loss.

Not all 9/11 Truthers are anti-semites, but I'd dare say that all anti-Semites are questioning the "official story." It would be almost irresistible to them - the five dancing Jooos, Silverstein the scheming landlord, the ex-Israeli military guy in seat 9B who was one of the first to die on Flight 11. How could any self-respecting anti-Semite NOT believe the Jooos did it?

beyond the link between the sources that both camps use, they also use many of the same tactics. If one small part of the story is unproven or a question is unanswered, the whole thing must be untrue. If a question is unanswered, any answer that does come that doesn't match their version is part of the cover-up. Lastly, no amount of evidence will convince them they are wrong.

Holocaust denier woo and 9/11 Troofers...a hate match

They do have a lot in common, and you should look up some of the material the Southern Poverty Law Center collected in its "Intelligence Report" magazine after 9/11, of the garbage neo-Nazis and their ilk spouted after the attacks. Some praised the attacks and the destruction created as being full-blown assaults on the Jewish bankers they hate, others claimed the Jews were behind it all, to force America into a Jewish-run war in the Middle East to prop up Israel and destroy Christianity, and so forth.

Now, we know that "Loose Change" gets a lot of its source material from the "American Free Press," which has itself a lot of neo-Nazi ties, links, and anti-Semitic material and writers.

And a great deal of the 9/11 conspiracy material contains rehashed anti-Semitic material, updated for the modern era. And a lot of the stuff about the Masons, the Bilderbergers, the Illuminati, and all that rubbish, is recycled anti-Semitic material going back to "Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion" and even further.

Eric Hufschmid is the wacko most noted here...Daryl Bradford Smith's "I am the Witness" web page has even more crazier stuff, if possible, with him linking anti-Semitic stuff with 9/11 conspiracy stuff and, of course, moon landing fakery.

The only part of this linkage that baffles me is why the moon landing would need being faked in the first place. I guess green cheese isn't kosher.

You know what? Everything that was posted after the initial post above "sounds" exactly like the CT that you guys spend so much time trying to debunk on this forum. Seems there's an anti-Semite Neo-Nazi lurking around every corner so be careful guys cause the spooks are out to get ya!

Hell, one of the first posts even contained an inference that my own views and agenda "might" be sympathetic to neo-Nazis and Anti-Semitic groups! But alas as much as I'd like to discuss my own political beliefs on the subject, that is very much not the point.

Attack the 911 guys on the facts, not on the fantasy that there is a worldwide neo-Nazi conspiracy.
