Lindsay Lohan: Wanted Fugitive

AD 2010; Law was beginning

Lindsay Lohan: What happen?

Lawyer: Somebody set us up an arrest.

bailiff: We get verdict

Lindsay Lohan: What!

Bailiff: main judge come in.

Lindsay Lohan: It's you!

Judge: How are you everybody!

Judge: All your beer are belong to us. You are on the way to Prison!

Lindsay Lohan: What you Say!

Judge: You have no chance to survive serve your time, ha ha ha ha.
i will be very sad if this doesnt get made into a youtube video :o

Cracked got a video from Failvideosarchive titled "Lindsay Lohan verdict with subtitles on what her lawyer said"

I can't tell if it is accurate, but if it is not flattering to her. Her lawyer appears quite tired of her attics.

BTW Lohan's lawyer quit on Thursday.

But Lindsay ,after employing a lawyer fresh out of law school for about 48 Hours, found a new one:

God, he looks like a slickee boy shyster right out of Central Casting.
I suspect he is the type that wins his cases by playing upon the emotions of the juries rather then actual law. That might work with juries, but it ain't gonna work with the judges on a Appeals Court.
Lohan is batting .1000 in bad choices.

I thought she had had enough publicity from this*, and have no need of more, like from a appeal case.

What is the risk she will manage to offend the judge(s) at an appeal, and get more than those 90/23 days?

*Guess I would have been embarrassed at getting caught and tried to keep a low profile.

God, it just got better
Seems as though Lohan new attorney is out:

Gee, no reputable attorney wants to take on a appeal case that is almost hopeless for the Client From Hell who is guaranteed not to take your advice, what a surprise.
And I am shocked..SHOCKED...that Lohan's friends are giving her horrible advice and enabling her to do exactly the worst thing possible.

Sorry, I find it hard as hell to feel sorry for LiLo. This idiot child, spoiled rotten, with her co-dependent parents urging her on, is heading nose first into the compost. In the end, this woman's career will wind up being nothing more than fodder for the "Where Are They Now?" websites, and she'll be nothing more than a forgotten joke for Leno and Letterman. (Kimmel, I think, might have too much class; Ferguson possibly does.)

Oddly enough, if there were any justice involved in this, the judge would have tossed her sorry backside in the slammer right away. Giving her 20 days out before she has to report in is a joke. It's time to treat her contempt for the court as it deserves to be: She needs a heavy dose of reality. Considering most people I know who have pulled this kind of thing have been hit with five and six figure fines and sent to a County lock-up for stretches that run a hell of a lot longer, I think she ought to dump the comparisons to people who are suffering genuine persecution, and close her sorry trap.

With friends like that, you don't need enemies.

I am not sure what kind of income she have had, but her party budget should have included renting a limo to avoid the DUI problem. (not just the legal hassle, it's dangerous by itself)
As for drug possession, I would expect that handing over the $100 bill after snorting a line would get you followed around town/nightclub by one or more nice people carrying bags of coke.

I agree.
I imagine them sitting around looking very sympathetic and telling her how unfairly she is being treated, and how she does not deserve to go to prison.

...and then asking in the same breath for another line of coke.

but does he know the ancient and mystic legal tradition of the "Chewbacca defence"

Actually, dropping GOldberg is just about the first halfway intelligent thing Lohan has done in a long, long, time. In a appeals court situation, you do not want a flamboyant trial lawyer, who wins his cases by playing on the emotions and sympathies of a jury, not by points of law, representing you. And Goldberg had Slickee Boy Shyster written all over him with that website.

And, when you consider that Lohan is guilty as hell...

Actually, her guilt is not an issue since she pleaded guilty to the DUI charges. It's about her violation of the terms of parole.
