I simply reproduced some interesting allegations and opinions from an eye-witness in Libya. It's interesting that you choose a "truther-world" angle because anti-twooferists habitually personalize issues whenever possible (I suspect such gives them a big hormone rush!) and attach their own, psychologically reassuring preconceptions onto the messenger.

There was a massive anti-NATO demonstration in Tripoli in support of Gaddafi before NATO began its pre-reconstruction destruction orgy. Fauntroy's 90% figure can be considered rhetorical rather than statistically exact.

I'm not aware of any corroboration of what Fauntroy says he witnessed re foreign troops' actions in Libya but he's certainly not the only one to suggest that NATO's attack on Libya is part of an attempt to recolonize the African continent.

The guys on the ship that passed through previously probably had less stringent rules of engagement, I suppose.

Reminds me of the eyewitness accounts of Iraqis throwing babies out of incubators prior to the first Gulf War. It was all bullocks of course. Is there any reason for us to think this eyewitness isn't being self serving? Could he be a loyalist?
