So you want Monica to bring a cigar and demonstrate?

I'm not too familiar with Laura Ingraham but if you say so, I'm sure she is as amazing and talented as Monica. Does she mix it up? Instead of a cigar, maybe a banana or a cucumber.

I think the media has been horrible to Monica. The lying weasel that slunk away was Linda Tripp. I was older than Monica but I remembered being an impressionable young woman, who loved the attention I got from executives at one of my jobs. Being that close to the president of the US mist been a thrilling thing. I was disgusted that the whole sordid business played out over months and months. Monica's a HO! Look at the HO! No, she was a young woman swept up in one of the most ridiculous "scandals" ever. She was used and then abused by people she trusted.

Perhaps not a demonstration, but with the intellect at Rutgers U. that may be needed to get the point across. That would be Laura Ingram and the great Ms. Rice. Nope, no cucumbers or bananas.
 
It's been 20 years since that! Gosh, how the passage of time alters things. Back then I was a teenager and a bj seemed like a big deal. Now I sort of take them in stride, so to speak, and find the Lewinsky "scandal" rather tame in retrospect.

I did hear a talking head say Monica was doing this to get ahead of what Hillary and the Clinton s would say about her in a new book/campaign

Ah, yes. Lying about a trivial thing is a nontrivial thing. Somehow. Because of sin? Jesus? I don't know. Sounds like soap opera logic to me: "Blaine! It's not that you slept with Chloette that hurts! It's that you lied to me about it!" "But Kaylen!" "No! Say nothing, I'm with Draco now!"

That we knew of. Have you read some of the things his staff of the time have written and said since? Some fairly alarming stuff, some of it. Very glad the Soviets didn't know how badly he was either. But of course that was due to his disease, not his age alone, so it's not entirely fair to completely dismiss elder candidates on the basis of age only.

Where did Bill Clinton slink away to? As I remember, he was still right there in the Oval Office at the time, looking at possible impeachment. Yeah, he lied about details of his private life...him and numerous other Presidents of the 20th century. Hell, Woodrow Wilson covered up the severity of a stroke which actually impacted his performance as President. Clinton is a sleaze, but consensual sex with an adult woman was not against the law, and neither was lying about details of his sex life.

I always wondered what the reaction would have been if he'd just admitted it proudly?

"Mr President! Did you have sex with that young woman?!"
"You bet I did! Whew, did I sex her! It was hot and disgusting! Next question?"
"...Nothing further."
"You sure? I could go into detail. You see, I took my-"
"Nothing further!! Please!"
"-and that's why we had to replace the carpet at taxpayor expense."
