Largest ever miscarriage of justice?

I believe it's fairly truthful overall, although the one part of the programme I have any knowledge of is Fujitsu HQ, which is shown as a modern, almost futuristic, building, with lots of shiny glass. In fact it's a late 60s brutalist concrete tower.
My, that kind of overwhelms it's surroundings.
Meanwhile, I've only watched episode one. I'll have to get busy.

Just finished watching the Channel 4 YouTube video on this contract.

This is bad. Really, really bad. The bastards lied in court, under oath on the two key issues...

1. They testified Horizon was, in effect, flawless when they knew this was grossly untrue
2. They testified there was no way to alter figures in Subpostmasters' accounts when the knew that was false.

Some of them even testified to the inquiry that they didn't know about 1 and/or 2 at the time of the prosecutions, but this shows that they had to have known. For example, the Vennells woman absolutely MUST have known what was in that contract. She needs to go to prison, as do any of the people responsible for prosecuting the subpostmasters.

... and people were wrongfully convicted... some were driven to suicide.

Just watching that, came here to see if the link had been posted yet. Need to get back to the Mr. Bates series.

That Channel 4 video literally gives me chills.
And me... these people are perfidious crooks who need to be taken to task over their repeated, knowing lies.
The problem is, there is a history in the UK (and other countries to be fair) of not holding white collar criminals to account for their criminality, especially when they are part of the hierarchy of "government adjacent" organisations
