I have some sympathy. I discovered my elderly mother was scratching her back into scar tissue, and she was convinced she had bed bugs in her bed. Unlike many of the patients cited, she refused even to discuss the matter with her doctor, because the very idea of parasites made her ashamed.

I had a long talk with her, pointing out that I teach parasitology to agricultural students, and that skin parasites are common and I know what they look like. She was doing what I now realise is the classic thing of gathering little bits of anything she found in her bed, and declaring this was "them". I identified some biscuit crumbs and a bit of random grit.

I called up the wiki article on delusional parasitosis, and read most of it out to her. She said she was so relieved it wasn't actual parasites, and I tore my hair out saying I wish it was bloody parsites, if it was we'd just treat them, end of problem.

I tried to persuade her to stop imagining things running on her skin or burrowing into it, and especially to stop scratching. But it was hard, as she did have a genuine dry-skin itch. I had the whole lot to do again when she decided it wasn't bed bugs, it was dust mites. I explained what dust mites were, and why it wasn't that either. I also managed to source a cream that really helped with the itch, and that did it.

Of course, breaking a bone in her neck and ending up in hospital unable to scratch her back also helped!

But suppose she'd googled a bit and found all that crap about Morgellon's, which I also noticed on my way past as I found the correct information on delusional parasitosis. She'd just have been confirmed in the delusion, and been impossible to persuade into seeing sense.

So I have a lot of sympathy. It's a recognised condition, and these lowlifes that market Morgellon's just feed off it.

I agree. These people are vulnerable and there are many predators out to feed off them.

Never realised it could be read that way! Fortunately it's only a minor break, but she's still very sore and still in a convalescent ward. The one bright spot in this endless round of hospital visiting and not getting home to eat until 8pm is that there's no way she is going to bend her neck to get her hand behind it to scratch anything. And if she accused the hospital of having bed bugs they'd probably section her.

The intensive use of mobile phones serves several purposes. No one would ever again have the excuse of not having received the message(not that such a plea would be likely to do much good with Marxists anyhow), after all he would be required by law to have his phone about his person at all times & to report to a commissar if it were broken or last or began malfunctioning or had somehow been lost, so that the state could provide him a new one. It just goes to show that whatever man invents will always be used for evil far more than for good.

Personally? I think that men are well advised to publish the fact that prostitution is lawful to your cops and to put any cop on trial who arrests anyone for prostitution. Once prostitution is accepted for the lawful act it is across the entire western world the price of prostitutes will drop like a stone and women all over the world will be as friendly and desperate as women are here in Germany.

I think every MRA should be screaming from the rooftops prostitution is a lawful act. Who is going to emphasis to cops that prostitution is LAWFUL of not men in the MRA area, eh? Who is going to put cops who arrest men alleging the crime of prostitution on trial if not MRAs eh?

MRAs actually have ALL the power they need. They are just too gutless to use it. The are fearful in the main. And when you are fearful you are very easily controlled. Your forefathers stormed the beaches at Normandy with withering machine gun fire raining down on them. Their grandsons are so afraid of the local cops they won’t hold them to account for crimes. Its really pathetic.

The Illuminati did a really good job of pussifying men in just two generations. And pussified is the only way to describe men who allow crimes to be committed against them with impunity. Even my older brother did that. I was amazed.

Sometimes with the elderly in these situations it's just as well to indulge them and perform the necessary exorcisms (of bedbugs, fleas, whatever) while, of course, applying whatever repellant might be applicable and providing "repellant" cream, etc. to address the REAL problem. A wink and a nod is better than trying to fight it out.
