Julia Gillard - liar

Indeed, it looks a lot like she is moving from absolute annihilation to utter annihilation.

Yet in the NT, Labor has been handed its backside. The Labor leader did not even want Gillard to visit there ahead of the election so toxic is she. Says it all really.

The CLP won because they had the support of the indigineous people, who have been told the CLP will end the intervention, and create a new consultative body with the elders. It was local issues, not national. There was also the problem the ALP had been in power for over a decade, once again, not a national issue. Meanwhile in Queensland, the LNP is rapidly whipping up a backlash.

Tony Abbot yearns for a return to the Howard years.

Tony Abbott recalls the 11 years of the Howard government as a golden age and one gets the impression he would like Homer to nip back to record its god-like political heroes in an Aussie Iliad.
Wait, no he doesn't.

Derrin Hinch sacked by 3AW (Fairfax) today.
Tell me it had nothing to do with his Pickering interview last week. :(

Pickering is the lowest of the low. Hinch endlessly makes statements about how he prides himself on his principles, morals and courage, so he interviews a lying, fraudulent, bankrupt loser. I think Hinch needs to take a long, hard look at himself. He hasn't been able to so far, maybe this will jog his self-perception.

Here's Michael Smith's new website. He is releasing all the documents he has (over time presumably) with his take on things from his (forensic) investigations. Remember he is a trained police officer and former Fairfax employee. Hardly a misogynist or nutjob.

Listened to AW on the way home today, Hinch doesn't think that Vizard nor Pickering had anything to do with his sacking.

My take on what you wrote is that you think Hinch got the sack because of the interview with Pickering.

Thought it possible, not "think".
And why not? Two other respected journalists lost their jobs for bringing this to the public, it was entirely possible that Hinch was a victim of the Yabbie's wrath too.

Is it your thought bubble, or do you know.
Evidence please if you think you know.
Do you think it is a conspiracy by Gillard to silence her critics?

You seem to think the Prime Minister has far more power than she actually does.

I hope I don't have to explain to you the difference between past and present tense.

You think it inconceivable that our PM could influence (say) Fairfax? If so, check the facts around Michael Smith termination.

I am not here for a grammer lesson. I did not finish high school, so what.
Would you like to answer the question, if not please say so without trying to belittle me.
