Judd v. Obama (Orly Taitz)

I think so, that is why she wants to serve all the electors individually.

This will fun to watch.

:eye-poppi It will be. She's not the best person serving a handful of people, but watching her try to serve hundreds of individuals??

The sooner she is declared vex lit, the better.

And what, get their football team banned from bowl games?
She wants them to release Obama's college records

(Hey, it worked so well when she tried it with Occidental :D).

There was a marathon hearing on friday in Jackson, MS., but it'll probably be a while before we see any results. The only immediate actions the judge took, was to demand a doctor's note from the plaintiff's who were trying to get out by way of illness. I'll have to go lok again to see if Laurie Roth did indeed appear or if the judge took any actions regarding her absence.

The list of things Orly, who claims to have passed the CA bar exam, should know but doesn't will fill several textbooks.

The list of things she understands about the law, on the other hand, will struggle to fill the back of a postage stamp.

Is the 'precedent' she's talking about Mel Carnahan? Does she mean MO (Missouri), when she wrote MS (Mississippi)?

If so, she's in for a disappointment. Carnahan died weeks before the election in a plane crash. He still won the election. The gov of MO appointed his replacement as prescribed by the MO constitution.

I think this stuff she puts on her website is just vomited out there as her brain churns it up. I mean, she didn't even finish thinking about how many AGs she wants to serve before she started typing!

Aside from which, it is a fairly trivial exercise in googling to find contact info for the Sec. of State and AG for any given state. Why does she need her minions to do that kind of thing, unless it's just to keep them "involved in the process?"

Why does she need her minions to do that kind of thing...?

To remind the world that she has minions. She's the Birther Queen, and that's a more credible delusion to maintain when real people jump at her beck and call. She employs minions to do things she can (and should) do for herself to maintain the illusion that she stands at the head of some vast army poised to save America.

Listen to her lament about how others have power (the "spineless" Republican leadership), and others have money (MCSO, i.e., Arpaio). She really has neither, and this irritates her.

There's some reports on Fogbow, here, but not all the reports are in yet. Commentary, snark and fun-poking is on this thread starting around page 306.

Happy birthday! Celebrate by reading the latest crazy from the worst lawyer in the history of the universe.

2. In MS there was a precedent that someone won a primary, I believe for Congress, but was either sick or passed away and could not serve. So, due to incapacity his primary runner up ran in the General election.
What we have with Obama is a legal incapacity.
I need the name of this primary MS election winner who could not serve and the name of his challenger who was on the ballot due to the incapacity of the winner.
Also, I need the exact procedure that was used by the Secretary of State to replace the guy. What is the number of the statute? Did the SOS use a specific statute or did he simply issue an executive order to replace an incapacitated primary winner with his challenger? Please help me find this info.

Is she retarded, or did she forget there's already laws and procedures for the succession of a sitting President in case he dies or is unable to serve? The vice president becomes President. Geez...she should be old enough to remember Nixon. The country still elected Joe Biden as VP twice. His eligibility is not in question.

For those who may be interested to hear Orly in action, she provided a link on her website to an audio recording of the trial in Indiana on 22nd October.

It appears that the court was not pleased. Orly has been hit with an Order to Show Cause as to why she should not be found in contempt for posting that audio recording on Youtube.

As per usual, her reply is hilariously fail. The best part is this:
11. I am writing this letter on my own behalf, as an individual, not as an attorney for any parties and not as a party, in a letter form, as this case is over, it is closed, this court no longer has jurisdiction over the parties and I no longer represent any parties. Mr. Blake advised me that he will no longer serve as a local counsel and without the local counsel I cannot represent any parties according to Indiana law.
She really IS going "nya nya" at the court.

I think November is not going to be a good month for Dr Taitz.

It's good to see that she's back in full sail crazy though. Always good to attack the judge that's holding you in contempt.

I particularly enjoy the fact that she's saying recently on her crazy page that the US is worse than the USSR, forgetting that in the USSR, if she had said what she has, she would be getting to know the world of Siberian salt intimately.

Dang, after reading that letter I can only conclude she wants to be held in contempt...well I could be wrong, as this is Dr. Taitz Esq. I'm talking about, not your average reasonable and sane attorney.

Can Orly end up in prison for these shenanigans?
Opinions appears to be divided on that issue. As it is, it looks like she's going to ignore the hearing on the 27th, since she has a hearing in Mississippi on the 26th, and because, well, it's Orly.

What Judge Reid does next will be interesting. While Orly might have a point that she only posted an audio recording, which Judge Reid hadn't prohibited, the manner in which she replied means it'll probably count for nought.

Judge Reid could issue a bench warrant for Orly's arrest for contempt of court, which would be hilarious given that Orly's rambling about appealing her Indiana case.

What Judge Reid does next will be interesting....

I'm sure it is. From my read of her reply to the Judge, I believe that she's accusing Judge Reid of judicial misconduct and complicit in ObamaForgeryGateTM.

Crazy Lady Taitz said:
Not conducting investigation of forgery of Obama’s IDs and not directing Attorney General to do so will actually constitute an egregious violation of the code of Judicial conduct by Honorable Judge Reid.

She also stated that she was writing the letter as an ordinary person, so I wonder if this could have serious repercussions for her?
