Judd v. Obama (Orly Taitz)

Looking forward to the epic meltdown among the Birthers we all know is coming after now that Obama's has been relected.
Taitz v. John/Jane Does 1 to ~53 million in their capacity as voters for ineligible candidate Barrack Obama...

Orly Taitz has been in meltdown on her site, urging her Flying Monkey supporters in ALLCAPS to call and harass the Romney campaign headquarters. I won't link, given the malware on her site, but:
Orly Taitz said:
Over 122 million people voted in 2008, more people voted this year with a bigger Republican turnout. Romney owes it to at least 25 million people to wait and not concede the election until all the votes are counted! Call Romney, urge him not to concede until those 25 million vote are counted, he owes it to those people!

I urge everyone to call and write to Romney headquarters and urge him not to concede the election, when he is leading in the popular vote and over 20 million ballots haven’t been counted yet. Burn the lines, keep calling Romney, not to fast!

Between 20-70 million votes have not been counted yet! This is absolutely criminal for the networks to call the election, when at least 20% of the vote has not been counted yet and Romney is leading in popular vote!

Stop!!! So far Romney is winning the popular vote by 145,000, but networks are calling the election for Obama with a very small number of votes counted. 70% of precincts reporting, but some precincts are reporting only 10% of the vote! Wait till all the votes are counted, Romney will be on the top when all the votes are counted!

Yet again the same dirty trick is being played by the networks. When they are saying that 70% of the precincts are reporting, it does not mean 70% of the votes. Some precincts are reporting only 10% of the votes. It is absolutely criminal not to disclose this fact.

Too bad, so sad, eh? Looking forward to Ms Taitz's next foray into the courts in Mississippi, I don't think it's going to go as well as she hopes.

Coupled with Trump's call to trash the Constitution, it makes for an extremely entertaining few minutes.

A good idea, Robert. It will inevitably lead to much more pointing and laughing at the few crazy birthers, plus extra crunchy punitive sanctions goodness against KKKlayman, Apuzzo, Berg and Taitz.

Reality says all this birther nonsense is based on absolutely nothing. President Obama was born in Hawai'i, no amount of obfuscation about scanned documents will ever show otherwise, democracy has just awarded him four more years as POTUS, and you and other birthers will have to wait until 2016 to see him go.

As I said on the other thread, if you don't want him as POTUS, vote against him. But as your fellow Americans decided to vote for him in sufficient numbers, he won the election and you will have to suck it up and wait until next time to get your favoured candidate into the White House. That's democracy.

I'd just like to point out for the record that Barack H. Obama has defeated W. Mitt Romney in the 2012 presidential election, three-hundred-and-three electoral votes to two-hundred-and-six electoral votes. The popular vote is more fluid, but right now President Obama is leading by two million, sixty-three thousand, two-hundred and seventy-three votes. Turnout is the highest it may have been for years, so the full popular vote tally may not be known for a while.

Why for the record? Because this marks the exact moment when the birther case for 2012 vanished.

Did she the national headquarters number or the state or local? Because I am trying to image some poor staffer at some county Republican HQ somewhere being bombarded by calls from people who think that Romney cares what Hayfield County Republican Hqs says...

Cool, and I had this crazy idea the birther entertainment might now finally end. My bad!:D

Technically speaking, doubling down would mean it would end. In blackjack, doubling down means you trade the right to receive more cards in exchange for permission to increase (typically to double) your bet before receiving one last card. You agree to stand.

So if the analogy holds, Birthers could file one last lawsuit, but all parties must respect the outcome of that suit with no opportunity for appeal or refiling -- ever. And in return for that, Birthers would have to raise the stakes: say, agree to spend time in jail if they should lose, or be compelled to pay back all the costs of everyone's legal defense against their ludicrous claims.

Either way the circus would end.

Orly also had this to say (I won't link to her malware infested den of crazy)

ObamaforgeryGate took 4 years of my life, thousands of dollars and a lot of health. We could not find one single judge with honesty and integrity to rule on the merits of the case. I believe 150 cases were filed by many attorneys and pro se-plaintiffs around the country. Not one judge allowed for a jury to hear the case, not one judge was willing to compel production of the original identification papers for Obama in light of all the evidence of forgery in the alleged copies.
If our legal system really was this corrupt, why would she even consider continuing with her litigation? Oh wait, this is Orly we're talking about...

I don't know why Birthers even bother with lawsuits. All they have to do is sit tight, since even if they do nothing at all, in just a few short years Obama will not only be forced to leave office, he will be ineligible to hold the office of President of the United States ever again!

So just be patient, Robert. 12:01pm on 20 January 2017 will be here before you know it, and then it will be Mission Accomplished.

NO. The plaintiffs lost their case because if they had won, and the Anointed One's name was removed from the ballot, the nation's cities would burn, as they probably will burn in the event of his defeat at the polls. And that is the plain truth.

Then I guess it's a good thing Obama was re-elected...that is, unless you wanted the nations cities to burn.

Seems Orly is now getting cold feet on carrying on with her nonsense, judging by the latest post on her website.

That's not the message she was sending out just a few days ago, perhaps she was expecting a "helping hand" from a Republican government?

Of course, it might also be to do with the fact that the legal team representing the MS Democratic Party have been very much on the ball, showing how Orly is not only flinging vexatious litigation at the courts - but also how she may have been unlawfully practicing law in Mississippi (helped greatly by the fact that one of the "co-plaintiffs" told them to contact Orly as she was representing her). They were also hinting that they would be looking to recover their costs, targetting not only Orly but also her "co-plaintiffs". Costs which so far amounts to a six-figured sum.

Poor birthers. No use for a representative democracy if they don't get the results they want. They could take a lesson from grown-ups like Mitt Romney - or even Al Gore, who finally bowed out with grace after the Supreme Court had decided the issue - but instead they choose to throw tantrums. At least they're consistent that way.

Good news! Orly will be attending the hearing in Mississippi!
Not like she had much of a choice. The timeframe in which she could have withdrawn without consequences is way past, and the Judge said that expected all of the plaintiffs to be there.

With a bit of luck, all of Orly's "co-plaintiffs" will be present in person when the defense unveils their motion for costs and sanctions against all of them. Methinks they won't think highly of Orly after next friday...
