Judd v. Obama (Orly Taitz)

Orly is certainly wanting to make sure she has a court full of crazy, and is seeking a Motion To Compel for Arpaio and Zullo to add to her train wreck of a case, since they seem to be staying away from her.

She's announced on her website that:

All of the California Causes of Action of Judd v Obama will continue in the Superior Court of CA, Judge Glenda Sanders. All of the Federal causes of action will be refiled separately tomorrow together with the emergency application for stay of certification of all votes for Obama due to his use of forged IDs

The California action, I believe, was the part she herself removed (which is impossible). She could of course refile (and she will), but with 60 days for federal defendants to respond - and less than 21 days until the election, I have a feeling it will end up being pretty damn moot.

Edit: On the bright side, it does widen the possibility of her being hit with sanctions.

I'm sure she will be hit with more sanctions, especially as she seems to be in a crazy mad dash to get any court to listen to her ramblings before November.

But... but... the judge dismissing the case is "A FORMER U.S. MARINE" who "said Americans deserve to know the truth about their President!" (Thanks to boyntonstu for that one.)

Additional chuckles were provided by mentions of how the documents had titles crossed out and replaced by handwritten ones, and how one of the would-be defendants received a copy missing pages.

Tbere's nothing like rabid craziness and utter incompetence mixed together for entertainment.

Indeed, as the "WTF is this on my docket"-hearing this monday is a testament to. Y'know, the one where she tried to resurrect one of her 2009 cases, by claiming she has new evidence...

If you read many legal documents you can see between the lines that Judge Carter here considers this especially frivolous. You can practically hear him say, "At last, an excuse to get that woman out of my courtroom." Make no mistake, judges all over the country know who Orly Taitz is. What else do judges talk about if not notorious lawyers?

I just want to know if she would stop if Romney won or continue in some weird attempt to undo anything Obama did (would Romney have to resign every bill Obama did? Or would they just be auto pocket vetos?).

I see no sign of Orly just walking away from this. She's too invested. It's cost her a large sanction already, and, of course, it gives her the attention she craves.

As for erasing Obama's tenure as President, it's something that some Tea Partyists believe would happen, as well as strengthen the power of the movement.

I can see it getting more interesting as she's going to go to war with Shurf Joe. She's found her own birther conspiracy, and no-one is going to stop her being Queen on her crazy imaginary throne.

Incredibly, the US judiciary managed to reach an all-time low today, with Judge Reid in Indiana not only ignoring a more or less bulletproof Motion to Dismiss, but then deciding to hold a full trialcircus before deciding if the court actually has jurisdiction to hear the case. After the usual dog-and-pony show associated with Orly Taitz' presenting evidence and witnesses in a courtroom, she then rounded off by asking both parties to submit Orders - despite not giving an inkling of a hint of what her judgment was.

An eyewitness report is in the works, and the reporter has already labelled it "the dumbest legal proceeding I have ever attended."
