Judd v. Obama (Orly Taitz)

The funny thing is, the 22nd is the same date she has a conference scheduled in CA, where she's going to try and explain the judge just exactly WTF she's trying to file (IIRC it was her attempt, as a plaintiff, to remove a case from tge state court to a federal court).

And speaking of Indiana, despite Judge Reid warning Taitz that she would run everything by the book, Taitz have yet to actually submit the order denying her injunctive relief. It's only a few days overdue by now, but that doesn't really matter when you're working with OrlyLaw(tm).

Well, he is a nutter, but he's never going to go anywhere near a trial. He knows perfectly well that all of their "evidence" is BS that would never be accepted in a court (their experts would go down in flames on Voir dire alone).

His birthing has always been a political stunt, designed to draw attention away from the numerious scandals surrounding the MCSO, as well as to act as a bargaining chip.

You have to give her credit though, anybody but Orly Taitz would have gone through the not-so-ardous task of finding out who is representing Barack Obama. But in OrlyLaw, you just send it to whomever may have represented him in the past...

Even better, Mr. Jablonski never actually represented the president.

He was the lawyer for the state democratic party.

You'd think she might learn something from all her previous mistakes...oh wait, who am I kidding, this is Orly we're talking about :D

you would have thought that that she would have learned that the president is immune from these types of subpoenas.

I think the good Shurf is going to be on the list pretty soon. Her website today has her complaining that she only has $1250 for the upcoming court case, and she needs at least $8000. He, apparently, has $7 million, and isn't playing nicely with her.

Sheriff Arpaio was subpoenaed to testify in Indiana on October 22nd. Contact him and demand that he appear and testify. This might be our last opportunity. He raised 7 million dollars, enormous amount, the least he can do, is just show up and testify, otherwise people should demand their money back, as he is collecting donations under false pretenses and not filing a criminal complaint against Obama, and did not appear in court 3 times: in GA, MS and IN

But the general public doesn't. Therefore she can gloat to the public about how people are ignoring her subpoenas and therefore people have "something to hide." Remember, this isn't a legal battle, this is legal drama being played out for the media.

I have no problem with half of the Birthers suing the other half. Sooner or later conspiracy theories devolve into bickering among the principal theorists over commercial territory.

He, apparently, has $7 million, and isn't playing nicely with her.

Those Hawaii vacations for his "investigators" are apparently not cheap. "There is only one Lord of the Birth Certificate, and he does not share power."

Looks like Orly thinks that she's going to be in luck with a Notice of Default against Barack Obama, but I suspect given Orly's useless approach to serving papers, she'll be out out of luck.

The comments section is a little funny too. From the dubiously named Pyle Demerde:

I echo Jay’s sentiments. This country imports a lot crap but it outdid itself when it opened its doors to Dr. Taitz! I could not open the attachment either, but it doesn’t matter since I am sure you know what you are doing and the judge will finally have to give you a default judgment. Maybe when you get that default judgment the country will finally kneel at your ankles and kiss your feet.

I think it's hilarious how the Birthers are now starting to throw accusations against Gov. Romney and the GOP for abandoning them in their efforts and rejecting requests for their assistance. Now apparently the GOP is also "hiding something" about Obama's eligibility.

Her answer to question 1 is absolutely hilarious and will get the questionnaire thrown out straight away for obvious reasons.

I can't read more than a few pages of Taitz' drivel without commenting upon her unfortunate alienation from tenets of basic English.

Oh, and apparently she thinks she's some kind of lawyer.
