The JFK assassination meets the very definition of EC. Oswald was dead and they couldn't try his corpse in a court of law to "prove" he was the lone assassin. For FBI uniform reporting purposes, the case was cleared without using a court of law to determine the facts of the case. You may want to reread where you posted the WC's findings about Oswald's guilt earlier.

Seriously, read something.

The LEA I served in used EC twice in 15 years - one was a case that involved a suspect out on bail that was killed in a DUI vehicle crash, and the other was a suspect that died of natural causes in custody while pending trial.

Curry's statement is well-known. When he was selling his book 5 years after the assassination he openly said there was no evidence tying Oswald to the 6th floor window or the rifle.

Look it up. This is correct. You have a Google search, right?

Yeah, no possible conflict of interest there - fiction usually sells better than non-fiction for a reason.

Show me you that had any idea that such a thing as Exceptional Clearance existed before I informed you of the process yesterday, and I don't see any evidence of you having any knowledge of the process given the fact that you asserted that EC is only used by the FBI.

Sorry again ladmo, you're digging another hole - between you and JB the CT forum is starting to look like the lunar surface.

EC is a well established process - go speak with a practicing criminal attorney and ask them.
Just show where LHO was processed with your claim. I did not make the claim, you did. Just prove it or walk away with your made up claims. Now, who is acting like a CT'er? One guess, it is you... making claims without backing them up...

They never found out where Oswald allegedly got the 6.5mm copper jacket bullets. There were only two gun shops in Dallas that sold them and they said they never saw Oswald buy any.

The thought occurs that he may have bought them somewhere else.
According to CT thinking, the rifle may be purchased elsewhere, yet ammo may not for reasons unspecified.

Yes. Do you think because there are no eyewitnesses to LHO holding and firing a rifle into the skull of JFK, that means it didn't happen?

The evidence it wasn't Oswald is stronger. Richard Carr saw a man whom others saw in the window and then watched him exit the Depository and walk towards him on Houston Street. This man got in a rambler station wagon. This is the same type of car involved with another serious witnessing at the Depository:

The use your LEA background to get the filing of LHO under this process.

Would it have killed you to have actually quoted the man? Would it have killed you to link to a relevant quote from the man?

See, I don't have a policy of finding CT'ers evidence for them. Bring what you have to the table and be done with it. Don't whine and pout when we don't take your work for things because your track record is horrendous.

Beyond that, Ladmo already did your work for you and all I can say is: So? The overwhelming level of evidence makes his comment wrong and irrelevant. He's wrong, pure and simple.

If Oswald was processed under the EC, there will be a record of it. That is all I am saying. Records are kept.

Seriously, it is obvious that you have very little executable knowledge on the JFK assassination.

LOL! Don't be upset that you were asked for your competing, coherent alternate theory and didn't have one. You were asked what conclusions the WC arrived at that would be upset by later information and what new conclusions would be drawn. You've failed to answer.

Go ahead and play the CT game of anomaly hunting. Most here are used to it from the other CT's.

In what way is that person tied to the assassination weapon found on the sixth floor of the TSBD?

"The Commission has identified LHO as the assassin but they failed to bring their findings up to court standards. They were not able to "prove" it. As stated many times, the Commission is strictly an opinion and they state that themselves when

You made the claim that somehow (because you have no knowledge of how the process works) the WC named LHO as the assassin, and that "they confess that their findings are inadmissible in the court."

I pointed out to you the process used, with a link that explained the process, which you flatly rejected (again, because it's the first time you've heard the term) and went on to assert that the process only applied to the FBI, which I also pointed out as false.

In the WC papers, there is no section that I'm aware of where the commission members set out to educate the public about the process of determining LHO as the assassin past the actual facts involved with proving his involvement - there is no law school supplement explaining the criminal justice system and the processes involved, so no, there is no explanation of exceptional Clearance as a legal process in the WC.

Whick brings right back to the question I asked and you failed to answer, is if the WC didn't employ the principals of EC, what did they use to name LHO as the assassin of JFK?

I'll english that up for you - do you mean "then?"

Another hollywood fantasy busted all to hell ladmo - in this day and age no officer just gets to sift through files - old ones or new ones, without administrative permission to do so, and I'm fairly certain that even if I wasn't retired, our California dept. had no files relating to the JFK assassination.

How's that answer about how the WC named LHO w/o a criminal trial coming along, and when were you first made aware of EC and by whom?

He was part of the CIA-related assassination team framing Oswald.

The Depository was owned by Colonel Byrd who was a right-winger who established the Civil Air Patrol both Oswald and Ferrie attended. The Depository was a Potemkin Village designed to house the assassination.

The rifle had no prints on it. It wasn't until it went to FBI that prints were found. The undertaker said FBI came in and ordered him out of the room. After they left he had to remove ink from Oswald's palm. FBI then produced Oswald's palm print on the rifle into evidence.

But just think about what you're saying. You're ignoring that a man several people saw in the window proves a conspiracy

Whole mess of fail, and the msunderstanding of what a Potemkin Village refers to is an all-time classic.

I'll give you a clue though, your post has more in common with a Potemkin Village than the TSBD does,

All discussed ad nauseam several times previously in this and its parent thread, which I've asked you to read in order to avoid making claims that have already been debunked here.

You'll need to provide evidence for that assertion.

You'll need to provide evidence for those assertions. And you don't produce a latent print on a rifle by using ink on a dead man's hand. LOL.

Just think what you're saying. At least give it a shot. You're ignoring that witnesses can be mistaken which disproves a conspiracy.

Conjecture.

What is your evidence for this?

Untrue.

And they didn't acquire a print while he was still alive would be... What? Come on, throw us a bone here. Your (long debunked) assertion only adds a layer of stupid.

You're hitting on a very good reason why eye witness testimony is considered so unrealible.

Would that really be "the greatest hoax that has ever been perpetuated"? Sounds like you are describing a minor issue. Nixon could have been exaggerating in his description but to call it the biggest hoax ever is a bit over the top, don't you think?

It's over the top because Nixon was seriously unstable emotionally, he exaggerated everything. He was paranoid and took everything as a personal attack, even things that had nothing to do with him like JFK's assassination.

Your posing of this question is the most sophomoric framing I have witnessed. I ask for a burden of proof of your claim and you just rephrase it and put the onus on me. You are a fake or just provide the documentation that said the WC used this process.

That is not totally true. Mathmatically, the more witness that say/observe the same thing, the higher the probability they are correct. Simple algorithm: (P)={1-(U^N)} N represents the number of people and U denotes the unreliability of the system.

What do you think of the miracle at Fatima?
